My wife and I were window shopping last fall. After talking with a couple of our neighbors, we decided to call Graboyes for a free estimate. We wanted to go to the showroom to see the windows they carry but decided to have the workers come to our home because it was convenient. We were worried we wouldn't see as many windows as we'd like (we definitely like to see ALL the options) but they brought information about, what seemed like, every window under the sun. They were extremely informative without being pushy. After shopping around and a handful of other consultations, we decided to go with Graboyes. We're glad we did! My wife and I love our new windows and we loved our reduced energy bill during the winter! The only complaint I have is that it took me so long to finally get my windows replaced! I would recommend Graboyes to anyone considering replacing their windows! Four thumbs up from Mr and Mrs Stone!!

We had two double hung kitchen windows replaced with a sliding one. Montana suggested the slider which gives us a great outdoor view, and cost us less money than two double hung windows. The installers were very polite, efficient and tidy. We are very pleased with the results.

Had new front doors with side lights installed because of a leak problem with my prior doors. Most of the installation was great, but some additional caulking was needed. It took a month to get someone to come out for what was about a 2 minute job. Additionally, the door lock hardware was satin nickel which is what we chose. However, the door viewers that were installed were polished chrome. We called Graboyes and our sales person made an appointment to install satin nickel viewers. She couldn’t find any locally and said she would order them. It’s been about 6 weeks and we never heard back, so I ordered 2 satin nickel viewers and installed them myself. I was disappointed in that the follow up for a job over $11,000 was lacking.

not worth the hassle... chronically understaffed in sales, service, and every other way. takes forever to get anything accomplished. have been told by the secretary (nice lady) that the owner is a cheapskate who refuses to invest in the company. usually wouldn't say this, but def better to go with a larger company. ps: they use subcontractors and they aren't very good

As of 2018 when I sold my house, the windows and door that were replaced in 2009 were still in perfect working order and appearance. But in addition, I recently needed to know the installation cost, had lost the paperwork and only THOUGHT Grayboyes did the installation. I sent and e-mail and within 15 minutes had a positive response from Joyce. What a delightful organization with which to work.

We had Graboyes windows and doors done about two years ago. They did an exceptional job - their clean up was really well done. We found our heat bills went down and the house was cooler during the summer. Later we had some difficulty with a screen door slider. I had Graboyes install 8 windows in my house. I recommended them to my sister who had 15 installed. I called to get an estimate on one window and was told it was too small of a job and over the phone was telling me the window that I should get. Then wanted to sell me the window and told me to have someone else install it. I went elsewhere. I got 2 windows and a door. No real assistance from them.

We had an appointment scheduled for 3pm last week for windows at my mother-in-laws home. Someone from the office (I think it was Mommy Grayboyes) called and said they were running 30 minutes late - no biggie, I understand. 45 minutes later still a no-show. I called and cancelled the appointment and asked to have Richard (the owner) call me back the next day because I wasn't in the right place to talk to him then. It takes me an hour to drive to her house and I never got a call from the owner to apologize or reschedule. I will NEVER try to contact them again and I will NEVER recommend Grayboyes for anything. They don't care, they have no respect for the clients time and they can't even pick up the phone to apologize. Don't call them. Don't recommend them

They came out to give an estimate in a reasonable time frame. Was told 4-6 wks for install once ordered. Order was placed. The person who came out to measure the sizes took 4 weeks to come out. Then took another 4 weeks to get installed. Total 8 weeks not 4-6wks. The install crew was awful. They were screaming & yelling at each other. They even started taking out the wrong window. And it turns out the windows were wrong size so they had to "figure out" how to make them work. They made me very uncomfortable. 1 Day install took 2 days because one of the guys left at lunch to go get the rest of the windows and didn't come back until 530pm. The other guys were sitting around from about 3pm to 530pm with nothing to do because they had finally installed what they could. The windows looked awful once done. The caulk was a mess on the inside & outside trim. After talking to them a new crew was sent out to redo all the caulk inside and trim outside. This crew was 100% better than the first. The inside finally looks good but had to repaint the some of the trim because of how much of a mess was made initially. The wall under one of the windows was cracked and they only caulked it as a fix so I had to have someone come out to spackle the crack. Finally have windows that are good but it was a long process to get there. Really have to be on top of them.

I like the door and Windows that were put in. but when the one window was pulled all the whey out to the brick because the wood was rotted away , and I know it was bad , it seemed that I had to ask to fill all the way back in.

I appreciated that Montana came prepared with catalogues for the windows and doors. It helped me visualize and make selections at the time of her visit. Another company did not come prepared -- which impacted my time since I had arranged to be at home to meet them -- and had to make follow up visits & STILL came unprepared. Montana also answered my follow up concerns about the quality of the windows, since there was such diverse opinions on the internet. So, thank you Montana. Randy was very efficient and installed windows and doors solo. He cleaned up after the job was complete... much appreciated. Only time will tell if the windows and doors hold up, but the installation was smooth. My only complaint would be that I was called late Thursday afternoon for a Monday morning installation appointment, and I got the impression I was throwing a wrench in the works by not being available then. That was too short notice for me to commit to being home since I work FT. I did try to rearrange things and called back, but Monday was no longer available; so I was able to get on the schedule for Friday, which was fine.

I don't even bother to check the competition and price shop as I have had all my windows and front and rear entry doors installed at different times by Graboyes with the rear entry door being installed this past week in January of 2019 and I really like the top quality products and knowing that the installation will be perfect as always!

Marsha was very thorough and knew her doors. She was able to answer all of our questions. I thought there should have been more communication when it came to ordering the door. Our check was cashed and 3 weeks went by and I never heard anything from the back office. I wasn't sure if the 2nd measurement had been done and the door had been ordered. I had to reach out to you to inquire. The only other negative was when the gentleman called to schedule the install he seemed very annoyed that I didn't want it on the day that he recommended. There was a big sigh and then I was asked: Well then when DO you want it installed? He wanted to schedule it on a Monday (which ended up snowing) and I was having my house powerwashed on a Wednesday, so I needed it done after that. The installer was fantastic. He showed up on the scheduled time, worked diligently and was always shutting our entry door, as to not let the cold air in our house. He cleaned up and even cleaned the glass storm door to perfection. He was quiet and polite. The quality of the door is very nice and I would recommend Grayboyes.
