This is a company always offer the cheapest quote but also comes with cheap quality of service. This is a totally separate CertaPro franchise and doesn't have any link with others. We had painting and moulding work in our house. The owner John L Fecile himself and another person came twice for the quote. They have only one crew (3-4 people) under Rolando. At the day of completion and payment, suddenly John called and asked me to pay another $1000, they had some misunderstanding and Rolando charged that money to him (how that's my problem). When I denied to pay, Rolando and his crew stopped working just at that moment. Didn't put back the curtain brackets & switch plates, didn't repair dry walls, left with uneven patches. So many places they left incomplete. I was moving furniture that day and totally exhausted. Again after few minutes John asked to pay another $300, only because they painted moulding but Rolando never gave me any estimate for that. So many miscommunications between them. I had to follow up for next one month to install medallion which I already paid on that day. They made me beg to complete the work. A company doesn't have any values and respect for customers.

We made quote appointments with 5 different painting companies when we moved to the area. Of all 5 companies, John Fecile was the most professional, friendly, and also the best price. Our house is a wood barn, so we needed a stain job. We requested a product that he had never heard of before, and he took the time to go out and meet with his providers to learn more about the product and educate himself on it. We found that above and beyond. The project began on time. There was only 1 surprise extra cost, and John offered to cover that on his end due to the surprise nature of it. The stain job was great, and it was done within the expected timeframe. Overall, we've had a great experience with John & Certapro, and we recommend their services to anyone living in Chester County! It is rare to find companies that offer not only great service, but a great product as well.
