Carnie and his crew are awesome! If you live in York or Adams counties and have been having roof problems- it is likely because of the high winds and hail we have received (notable May 10th, 2018). We put in an initial claim regarding some missing shingles that was approved as "wind damage", but we also knew there was hail damage the adjuster could not see from the ground. So I pushed back and arranged to have Carnie Fryfogle, Jr. from C3 Roofing and Remodeling meet the roofing adjuster the insurance company hired (Hancock Insurance adjusters). Carnie met the Hancock rep. at our house and they went up on the roof together and Carnie pointed out every speck of damage to him. The Hancock rep recommended complete replacement, and so our insurance company had to agree. This would not have happened without Carnie's help. If you would like Carnie's help, too- give him a call at 717-476-0790 to arrange for a free inspection. DO NOT LET AN ADJUSTER GO ON YOUR ROOF ALONE. They do not have your best interest in mind, they are being paid by the insurance company. You need someone on your side up there with them! I would recommend this company to have your roof replaced. From the beginning Justin Lowell was very helpful. When I called him, he showed up in a very short time on a Saturday. He informed me what to do with damaged roof. He said to contact your insurance company to file a claim. He made sure the product was right for our roof. Then he was there at the end of the job to make sure it was right. So I would use them again. Thank You for a great roof.

Exceptionally unhappy. I'll leave it at that. Considering that you want me to elaborate I'm the gentleman who asked your salesman to get off of my property and not knock on my door my property clearly says no soliciting. I am also the gentleman who has gotten two flyers/hangers on my door the proceeding two days after telling your employee to stay off of my property. Furthermore he was rude when I asked him to leave immediately and continued to try and pitch me. I don't want to be pitched and I certainly don't want uninvited people at my home on my day off. So yes you probably don't have a record of me being your customer nor will you ever.

Made a appointment on 3 separate occasions for C3 to look at my roof. The 1st no call no show. I called the next day and was given was I felt was a valid reason and the appointment was rescheduled. 2 appointment a call saying they would be about 1.5 hours late. I had things to do so we made a appointment for the following week. Again no show no call. I'm just calling someone else at this point. I question the validity of some of their reviews after my personal experience.
