They were prompt, polite and offered a broader range of price/service options than others seemed to. They completed the work on schedule and left things in very good shape. Lots of good, timely communication from them so we were never in doubt as to where the project was, who was showing up when, etc. It turned out that we had some other issues that had been hidden by the initial water problems they fixed. ABC was *fantastic* about making return trips to help us get these additional issues under control. They were truly concerned with providing superior service and making sure that we were completely satisfied with our decision to choose them. Short take: dry basement, and ABC went above and beyond to accomplish it.

A very sincere THANK YOU. After several years trying to deal with a wet basement, my brain finally kicked into gear. I called ABC, spoke with Carl, he and Jayne came over to advise best solution with a reasonable estimate to complete the job. Within days, the job was over and I had a dry basement. Dan and his crew were very professional, kept me updated thru out the project. Couple days ago, we had a terrible rain storm, so thankful and grateful, my basement was no longer a burden. I can't say enough about Carl (owner) and his company. His workers were great and my leak made them and myself scratch our heads on what was going on with the leak. Like a lot of leaks are hard to detect the source but Carl and crew were persistent in solving the problem. It took a little bit of time but my problem appears to have been resolved since we have had alot of rain this summer and my yard is still really wet but I'm able to say my basement is dry! My advice to anyone with a wet basement problem check out others but make sure you give America's Basement Contractors the opportunity to make it right.

Called got estimate hired did job 1 day June 4th there was 3 areas that we’re bowed out away from wall, called next day talked to Jayna sent her pictures she said she would send someone out, after several calls and texts all summer she finally gets back to me in September sends a man out he told me and my renter that yes it wasn’t done right and would tell her and now here I am going into November and several texts later no word I will probable get screwed by them and have to sue but would definitely definitely definitely not give this company the time of day. It’s sad you hire a company pay them and then have to chase them to fix there screw ups. Will keep posting till I get results

I am surprised about the negative review. I have been dealing with Carl and Jan for some time, and I have had nothing but the best experience with them both! They did an excellent job on one project, and I am looking forward to them doing other projects for me. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend them!

Quality work that they stand behind. They installed wall anchors and an interior french drain/sump pumps. My basement has been completely dry ever since, and they even backed up their work when a code inspector questioned the sump pump discharge location. Super easy to communicate with as they answer the phone 24/7 with a real person (no automated systems).

We will definitely recommend this company to others. The crew that came to our house was great! They were very knowledgeable an answered all of our questions. They even tackled a couple of unexpected issues without hesitation. The crew always arrived when they told us they would and they were a very hard working crew from the start. They were at our house for a few days and they continued to work with the same diligence as they showed on the 1st day, even when faced with some very hot days of almost 90 degree weather. So a big thank you to Dan, Dan, Chad, and the rest of the crew for doing such a wonderful job on our basement and for being so easy to work with.
