American Waterproofers just completed a job for me which entailed wet basement remediation. The process was very easy starting with John the salesman's no pressure approach throughout the installation. The Foreman Dan & his crew showed up early and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up everything after the job was finished.. I would recommend American Waterproofers to anyone.

American Waterproofers did a really nice job waterproofing part of our basement over 10 years ago. With the excess of rain we’ve gotten this year, the other parts of the basement we chose not to do 10 years ago started to leak. We were very happy that American Waterproofers is still in business and able to come back to waterproof the rest of the basement. Jim, the owner, is friendly, straight forward and very fair. When the crew came to get us dried in, they were focused, hardworking and fast. We are relieved that we no longer dread the rain. Thank you American Waterproofers!

This company is wonderful. They are friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. I have always had water in my basement when it rains making it unusable and moldy. In a few days they have transformed it into a pleasant, usable space. Dan and Nikita are knowledgeable and experienced and I knew I was in good hands immediately. I have never seen someone work as hard in such hot, humid wet conditions as Nikita! He is young with an amazing work ethic. I only wish I had done this year's ago.

I would definitely recommend this company. They came today to fix my wet basement. I could not have been happier. They were on time, very professional definitely knew their job!!! They even cleaned everything up left no mess at all!! I would definitely hire them again and give thier name to anyone that I could. The salesman name was John. We watched a video which was very good. John answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. He was not pushy very good salesman.

Jim Gallagher (no relation to this reviewer lol) came in and evaluated the issue we were having with our basement. He clearly explained to my wife and I the problem and prescribed the mitigation approach. His main man Dan lead a team of three who did the work of 6! They finished the job in less time than was planned and took no shortcuts. They treated our home as if it was there's including putting up plastic dust barriers (we needed the basement cement floor dug up about 18 inches out from the walls) and protected our lawn when mixing cement to replace the floor. I cannot express how professional they were and efficient under Dan's direction. Job well done!

I sit on a water table and my basement would flood with several days of moderate rain. I had American Waterproofers come and do my basement. Since having them waterproof the basement I have had no issues whatsoever. The job was done in only a few days and they cleaned up after themselves. Very courteous group. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had American Waterproofers do our basement. We have had several big rain storms since they finished and we had no water. Dan and his crew did a great job. They arrived on time and worked extremely hard each day they were here. We don't have a basement entrance which not only made their job tougher but made for a tougher clean up. It was a messy job but they did a great job on cleaning up. We would recommend American Waterproofing.

Great job by Jim and his crew! Great peace of mind to know my mother’s basement will be water free now. Have had them out multiple times now. Once to finish the waterproofing job (Father had basement only half done before he passed) and another to install another pump to ensure to be water free against all the crazy rains lately. Very reasonable rate by them to do all of this. No fun at all cleaning out a wet basement!! Thanks for the great job and peace of mind!

The water proofing system that was recommended and installed in my home was the best investment. The basement has been dry for over 10 years now and made it possible to use as living space without fear of flooding. I wish more builders would include this system as a must before construction or remodeling. It would save much grief to home owners. Don't be fooled, painting block walls will NOT solve you mold and water problems, call American Waterproofers' today.

Just one more quick note. I can't seem to write enough about this company. The foreman Dan Zufall was in the area and going past my home on another job. He did a job for me a couple years ago and he just took the time to stop at my house and ask me if everything was OK with my system and make sure I didn't need anything. Dan and his crew, Nikita, Jessie, and Chip did a wonderful job on waterproofing our basement. After years of a wet basement and getting older, we decided to invest in our home and finally fix the problem. The salesperson, John, was not a high pressure salesman, but took the time to explain everything that would be done to the area. After watching the video and several other company estimates, we decided to use American Waterproofers. So glad we did. Crew was professional but friendly and did a wonderful job. Can't say enough about the crew. Very willing to help us in many ways. Power sprayed and cleaned the basement and driveway. I would highly recommend this company.

We just had this company install 104' of basement waterproofing. We had heavy water leakage around the base of our walls in the basement. We vacuumed out over 200 gallons of water during one rainstorm. They completed the job in 2 days and did a fantastic job. This crew of 4 men worked very hard and knew exactly what they were doing. They were very courteous and willing to answer questions and did the best job they could being neat and left the work site as clean or better than it was before. I haven't had any rain yet to test the system but the way it was installed appears to me to be a good solution for the problem. I will update this review after we've had some rain to see how it works. I do have confidence that it will work, it looks like a good system. Based on the installation alone I would highly recommend this company.
