I was very happy with my experience with Jeremy and the whole staff at Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing. Our roof had slowly been leaking for many months before I decided to bite the bullet and get it replaced. The office staff was able to fit my roof project in much earlier than planned so as to not have the Oregon weather cause any more damage than already done, and then Jeremy and his army of a crew (there were about 15 or so crew members) tackled the project flawlessly. While on site, Jeremy himself climbed up on the roof and worked right alongside his foreman and the crew. Not many companies can say their owner will get his hands dirty right along with his staff nowadays! Jeremy even took the time to go over some dry rot issues as well as gutter issues with us so we understood what work was being performed and why. The whole project was completed from tear off to gutter cleaning in less than a day, and it couldn’t have been completed at a better time seeing as Salem was hit with our first big snow storm just the very next day! Thanks to Jeremy and his team, we have been able to sit in our warm and dry house without a single worry during our record-breakingly wet winter

Dumanovsky Roofing did and excellent job. We could not be happier!!They arrived at the exact time they gave us which was 8am and said they would finish around 1pm and that is exactly how the job went. Roof looks fantastic, very professional and a great crew. We will use in in the future when we have roofing issues. Roofing estimate was only adjusted by some additional sheeting that was required and was still about $1,000 cheaper then and earlier estimate we received from another company.

Does not use EPA allowed moss treatment, took over three weeks from the time of the estimate for him to realized he underestimated the job from $372 to $1200, does not do zinc shingle application which is a bit sketchy since this would prevent moss from regrowing but I am sure this would cut into his profits, long delay between treatments which other roofing companies don't need, and his staff is rude. Cancelled my contract halfway through the job, found another roofing company which will charge me less and included the zinc strip application.

Jeremy was thorough in completing his bid, and came in well below 2 other contractors. I was slotted into an opening soon because I had a leak. The crew was amazing-- well tuned group of 10 people who all knew their jobs and worked anticipating the next move needed. As a former contractor, I was able to confirm that the job was done well and to the specifications in the bid. They finished the whole tear-off and re-roof in 1 1/2 days--amazing! Cleanup was complete. Follow-up was handled well.

I am a property manager, and this is our second home we've had Jeremy Dumanovsky do a roof for us. Amazing service! They showed up on time, they got my roof done in less than 6 hours. They were trying to beat the rain and had enough guys on my roof to make that happen. I asked the foreman to fix a gutter that had came lose and to take the dish brackets off the house and he said not a problem. The crew missed a small separate section of the gas fireplace that would have been hard to see from the second story. Jeremy came out himself to do that section. The office staff is amazing. I was not belittled when I asked questions, The process was explained to me in a nice way. I would highly recommend Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing. I started looking for a roofing company 3 months ago to replace my existing roof. I choose Dumanovsky based on referrals. I also wanted to replace an existing skylight with one that opened remotely. They did not want to do the skylight and suggested I find a company to replace the skylight independently. I did find someone to replace the skylight but then Dumanovsky stated that having someone else install this skylight would void the warranty on the roof. They literally asked me to find another roofing company to replace both roof and skylight. This cost me three months of effort and has put me in the middle of the busy season for roofers. I was not happy.

Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing did an excellent job replacing our complicated geodesic dome roof! They took their time to ensure that all the shingles are laying properly on the multitude of angles and that water would be diverted to the gutters so there won't be any puddling. The project was properly staffed with skilled, experienced roofers so I have no doubt that the roof will be watertight for years to come. They also did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the project.

Jeremy Dumanovsky Roofing did the tear off and installed my existing metal roof over 10 years ago. He was the lowest bidder and his crew did quality work. He came out this morning to cover an old furnace flu pipe opening in my roof which leaked. It was probably improperly installed by the furnace company and had leaked and caused damage to my furnace. Jeremy came out personally this morning and fixed it. I would always recommend his company given my past and current experience.

It's usually common courtesy to ask to park in someone's driveway. In an attempt to ask a question I yelled to get a guys attention he looked back and kept walking up to the house they were working on. So I walked up to the house and asked how long they would be there. He answered "not long". He did not apologize or even attempt to look at me when he responded. In a home improvement industry customer service is important. I myself work for a home improvement company as a direct seller. He handled it very unprofessionally. Reviews nowadays can cost a company alotnof money. This company has great reviews and it sucks I had to leave a negative.

Not happy. Just a few days after the new roof was installed, a tubular skylight was blown off in a moderate wind. Apparently they forgot to screw it back down. Unfortunately it also rained and we had water damage to our ceiling. Jeremy came out and put in a new skylight, but no compensation for the water damage and repainting. There were also sloppy things done on the dormer peak of our roof that would have led to other problems that I had to repair. Now, a couple of years later with normal rain levels, we had additional water damage. The flashing on another the dormer peak was way too small, 1 1/2" when it needed 6" to cover the dormer joint and water got in and caused more water stains. I used another company to make the fixes and the replacement of the flashing and other fixes were $460.

Avoid at all costs. Rude. Condescending. Poor communication skills (non-existent) & "Know it all" with no clues about customer service or etiquette what-so-ever. I originally asked for a section of my mothers roof to be re-done since it was leaking around the skylights. Done. No issues. I also asked about another - newer - section which was already re-done by another company, but still leaking asking if they could fix. They recommended that section of roof should also be re-done, but I opted to have them repair it instead. (a roll of the dice on my part, but thinking their reputation preceded them and it would likely be OK). However, it still leaked, although in different places and / or the amount of leakage has changed. I called many, many times asking them for that section to be re-done as they originally recommend. It took months to get a return call or follow up, but I was in no hurry. After they finally returned my call, I was told they needed to come out again and look. I showed them the same deck area and pointed out the leakage. They went up on the roof and later said they would get back to me on a price which puzzled me since they had done the attempted repair on the same area, but assumed they needed more measurements for the shingles etc. since this time, they would be re-roofing the entire section and not just re-flashing the skylights. A few weeks later I get an "estimate" for nearly $20,000 for the entire roof. I responded the same day on April 6th that I just wanted the section done as they recommend last time, NOT the entire roof. (in this quote, they gave me a "courtesy" credit of $200- presumably for the attempted repair on the section of room which still leaks). They never responded until today, May 7th in a phone call and now tell me they won't do the section anymore, but I need to replace the entire roof. Further, "bid" that was asked for and received INCLUDED a separate cost to CLEAN the roof. So, why would I ask you to CLEAN, and then replace it for $20- grand ? These people are dishonest, crazy - or both.

I had an estimate done early last year and asked for some changes after I was told by other roofers that my skylights needed replaced because they were not designed for the roof pitch I have. And also because of my pitch the underlayment should be different. I asked them to change the bid and they did. Then i asked for the senior discount and they said it was on there...they never asked my age and wouldn't have thought i was a senior. Then i decided to add on to the roof to include a cover for my deck and add 4 more skylights. So i called for another estimate and explained that i needed more roofing and 10 new skylights and they didn't respond. So i emailed again and asked them if they were going to give me a bid and they said, "We are not able to bid your project at this time". Strange, don't you think?
