Servepro did come out on a Friday night when I found my vacant home had a busted pipe. They charged over $4,000 for bringing out "air movers" and soaking up the water. Absolutely ridiculous and would not work with me on the price. Insurance didn't pay a dime. DO NOT USE!!

I cannot say enough good things about SERVPRO. We had water going everywhere in our home in the middle of the night. They arrived on site before the estimated arrival time. The crew was so friendly and explained everything that needed to take place extremely well. I was distraught that I was going to have to have my cabinets replaced, but they were able to save them. The office staff was so attentive and friendly. They were constantly in contact with us in regards to scheduling. SERVPRO even filed the insurance claim on my behalf and I have never had a claim of any type paid so fast by an insurance company. If I could give SERVPRO more than five stars, I would. I could not be happier with the entire experience from beginning to end.

Beware property managers: instead of filing a lien on the house or property where the work was done these geniuses will file on you. I have no control on how fast an insurance company pays and I have no ownership in the property. Instead of filling an M&L lien on the home they filled on me personally. Not too mention they had already received payment, but the insurance company had made the check out to Serv pro and the home owner, so they knew they were getting paid. Instead of sending the check to the owner to sign they wanted the owner to come sign. The owner requested his insurance company issue a new check with Serv pro only listed, which they did. Yes, it took more than 90 days but any company that works for insurance claims should, unfortunately, expect delays in payment. This was the 6th job I have sent to them in there last 2 or 3 years and they have always been paid. Every one of the jobs have been insurance claims.

I contacted SERVPRO after my tenant reported some water damage to my property. I was able to get in contact with SERVPRO immediately and they were able to get to my property onsite the next day. They were also available same day as well for emergencies, however I did not deem my particular situation to be "emergent". They quoted me 3 days to dry out the bedroom in question and they were able to finish in 2 days, thus saving me some money from the initial quote. Throughout the whole process they communicated every step of the way. I was very happy with their communication as this was a rental property and I live 2 hours away. Thank you SERVPRO for helping to salvage my property as well as save some headaches for my tenant. Would use again!

Servpro of Norman was on the job right away when a tornado lifted the roof on our six story building causing flooding throughout. They cleaned and treated all the affected areas and items and had the building operational in no time. In addition, they worked hand in hand with our insurance company to document the damage and their restoration efforts, which made the claims process quick and easy.

SERVPRO of Norman is who you need if you have a disaster in your home. We had sewage back up into our duplex and they were out within hours to take care of the affected area and treat for mold and mildew. They are prompt, courteous, and most of all professional.

I would never recommend this company for anything. The owner is impossible to deal with, and does not listen to your concerns. They billed us for things that were not done, and were not willing to listen to the concerns. They think it is okay to use an "air scrubber" that has a filter in it that is completely covered in construction debris. They even charge almost $50 for that filter that definitely needed to be changed. I have a daughter with a rare disease, and making sure that the air she breaths is clean is important to me. They think it is okay to talk over customers and ignore their concerns completely. They agreed to reduce their price with our insurance, and then they tried to make us pay the original price. They lied and said they never agreed to the different price. They were careless in some of their removal, and some of my baseboards that should not have been removed were thrown away. That costs me more money. Their team placed 2 dehumidifiers in my house, and forgot to turn one of them on. I will definitely be spreading the word about my experience with this company and especially my experience with the owner. I know my insurance adjuster will do the same. No one deserves to be treated the way the owner will treat you. This post will not help my situation, but I hope it helps someone else choose a much better company.

Our son runs the Huntsville, Alabama Servpro, he contacted Norman and asked for help. They came right out and covered the area. It was a great relief during a very stressful time.

These guys saved my house from certain disaster and I am as thankful as I am impressed. We had a massive flood on our second floor stemming from a toilet shut off valve. Easily 100 gallons of water seeped into my floor and ceiling. Once notified they showed up within an hour and had their systems up and running. Within 5 days, mold was prevented, and there was no need to drop our ceilings, which would have kept us in hotels we could've never afforded for weeks. If you are in need of help after a catastrophe like ours, these guys can do the job!
