Had the house leveled by this company 11 years ago. Needed to have some adjustment done recently. A man came out quickly , inspected then made a appointment to have the crew come out. Start to finish 12 days, which included Christmas & New Years . Cost to me Zero Dollars . They stand by their warranty . House is back to being level again.

For several years I had been in denial about the issues I had been seeing in my house: doors not opening/closing right, cracks in the drywall around windows and door frames, and a feeling several rooms weren't exactly level. I blamed everything on all the earthquakes over the past several years. When I finally realized I had a foundation problem, I checked around and did some research and concluded that American Leveling was the best company to perform the work needed to level my house. The owner, Doug Denison, came out and examined my house. He was honest and upfront about my situation and provided a detailed estimate for the required work. When the work started, Luke and his team were punctual each and every day. I never had to wonder if they were going to show up or not! Their task was to install 20 outside peers and 29 inside peers, and estimated to take three to five days to complete. Luke's team worked hard throughout each day and finished the effort in two and a half days! My bathroom and bedroom doors are properly aligned, cracks in the brick mortar are closed, and the house feels level again. When the repairs were completed, Luke's team strived to clean up everywhere they had worked to ensure no debris remained before they left. My assessment was correct and I am certainly glad I trusted American Leveling. This type of work is not cheap by any means but is absolutely necessary to solidify the foundational structure when the ground starts to move over time. I highly recommend American Leveling! Ram Jack technology keeps the foundation in place when the ground cannot. Their lifetime transferable warranty is second to none too.

I met with the owner this afternoon and he was helpful enough to point out some problems we had going on, and he also assured us that our foundation was in otherwise good shape. No worked needed! First of all there are only a hand full of leveling companies local to me and these guys got back with me the first day i called, they came out asap gave an estimate and mind you i was waiting on three others to return my phone call, and after dealing with Doug Denison i just felt led to go with american leveling ram jack. Let me tell you about American Leveling. I was selling a home and the buyer's "realtor" suggested that they have the foundation looked at. This "realtor" called her friends at American Leveling (after I had asked that a structural engineer be called). American Leveling proceeded to tell us that we needed 17 piers to fix our foundation problems. I, understandably, was livid that the "realtor" had called a salesman and not an engineer. So, I out of my own pocket called in a registered professional structural engineer in to look at my home. He not only said that there was nothing at all wrong with the foundation or structure, he wrote a scathing letter to dispute what the pier salesman had stated. My engineer also stated that American Leveling had a reputation for being "less than truthful". Nonetheless we lost our buyers due to them being spooked by such conflicting information. My suggestion is to call an engineer if you have questions about structure and foundation issues. They don't profit from their analysis either way. Then if your engineer says you need foundation work, call anyone other than American Leveling.

They called 30 minutes prior to the appointment . They showed up when they said they would. They got right to work an did an excellent job. When they finished they cleaned up and washed down the sidewalk and driveway, they also sealed and patched any small remaining cracks. If you need foundation work I would highly recommend American Leveling Company!

My husband and I have had piers installed on the entire exterior of our house by American Leveling and couldn't be happier with the quality of work and their customer service! The job was divided into 3 sessions over the course of 7 years, so we have had multiple experiences with the company and have been thoroughly pleased every time. All of the staff from the receptionists and scheduling staff to the man who gives the estimate and the actual work crew are professional, polite, and incredibly competent. The work crew arrives on time, explains the work plan, keeps us informed of their progress, and cleans up thoroughly when finished. We have had a lot of work done on our house, and this company does an exceptional job of minimizing the hassle that comes with having a project done. We feel confident this is the best foundation company around, and we are happy to give them our highest recommendation!

sales rep came out and quoted us a price. Didn't trust the quote since he didn't even really look at the house so I called them to come look at it. After they came to check it out, they never would call us back or give us an answer. Poor service

I just can not say enough good things about this company. We had them out to look over our house and assess the issues, they showed up on time, and put in 23 piers in about 6 hours and made our home like new again. A few weeks later we became aware of a sewer drainage issue and upon investigating , one of the piers had compromised the sewer pipe. I contacted the company and sent them pictures of the damage and took care of the plumbing repair costs immediatly. Thanks again for the great job and for correcting the problem right away.
