Great experience working with Patriot Roofing, LLC. Our sales rep " Kevin" was very professional at explaining the product and process. Our roof was inspected during the quoting process, and was in need of being brought up to current building codes. Kevin was good at taking the time to explain what and why these upgrades where needed. They called and set a date for materials to be dropped, and to start work but got some rain during that time. So called with a new date to start work. They showed up at the time planned and got straight to work. The roof was brought up to code with new decking and other things and was done in one day. I would recommend Patriot Roofing without any hesitations. After the roof was complete the yard was cleaned, and was running a magnet through the rose bush and flower beds to get every nail they could get during clean up. Great to have someone that know how to deal with insurance and make the process go so smooth.

Eric bannister came out to take a look at my roof to inspect and see what condition it was in. he said I could come up with him as he looks at it and explained what he was looking for and what was the best practice for a roof. In 2014 baseball size hail destroyed my roof. Stephen Hart came down, provided an evaluation and estimate for the repairs. He was honest, knowledgeable and true to his word. His crew was on time, respectful and quick. The work was completed correctly and without significant impact to my routine. On top of all that billing was a breeze. Stephen made sure I didn’t pay one more cent then he said I would. I don’t know any other contractors that treat people with the professionalism that Stephen does.

I have the nicest roof in Norman thanks to Patriot Roofing and am saving a bundle on my homeowners insurance because of Eric telling me about Impact Resistant (IR) Class 4 roofing shingles...my roof is absolutely beautiful. Eric was a pleasure to work with....from the time I called until he arrived at my house with an estimate was about 2 hours and 5 days later (and only because it rained 4 of those days) I have a new roof. The team got here about 0730 on Saturday and completely finished including clean up by 1600 (4pm). We are so proud of the workmanship and the timing of this very professional team that Eric sent out to our house. Was approached by company rep Weston and told him that a prior roofing company had already been by and noted no problems with roof. Told Weston to go ahead and look as he he would not find anything due to the information provided by the prior roofing company. Low and behold he got up there and found damage. Our insurance company was contacted and they came out and agreed with him that the roof was totaled along with the gutters. The insurance company has given me a little grief so far but the roofing company has provided excellent service along with professional and courteous representatives and roofers. I thought the roof would take longer than it did but it was completed in a day. Weston came back the next day and made sure there were no nails left even though the roofers had taken their magnet and picked up all the nails. The company and Weston have helped intervene with the insurance company to get the appropriate payments made in a timely manner. I have appreciated all of their help and it has been a pleasure to deal with Weston. I would highly recommend this company in the future
