What is wrong with you people? My electrical contractors license was up for renewal in November 2015. I mailed my $225. and you cashed it 12-3-15, for the renewal with alarm endorsement. I had to take my six hour refresher course last year, on 10-22 and 10-23-14 to be able to renew my 2014 license. You then told me you needed proof of insurance and I sent it, twice, here we are four months later and instead of sending my license to me you send a form saying I haven't had my refresher course. Look at my records and quit messing around and send me my license. Arthur G. Witt 24771

Nothing. Everything time we mail our check or money order to them we have to call everyday to see where the license are. I was told we mailed them, then another person says we never recieved the payment. Every year with the exception when we sent it certified. It's a sad situation when code enforcement is telling us they hear this same story over and over. Oh well....step two I guess.

Horrible experience. I wish there was another option but unfortunately there isn't. We submitted ALL of the paperwork and were told to wait for a phone call to schedule the Home Inspection exam (the lady at reception seemed like she didn't know what was going on and she wasn't very nice). After waiting for a phone call that never came, we got a letter saying there was an incomplete application-and that the 90 hour coursework was missing. We submitted that paperwork with the money and the application!! I have no idea what happened because every time I call I am transferred to a voicemail that no one ever checks the messages on! The only thing I can think of is that she didn't make a copy of the certification, but that's not our problem, we handed it to her! Now I'm worried that I'm out the money I spent on the class and the exam fee is my loss-not to mention I still can not take the test to become certified.

I have called many times and when transfers goes to voicemail so I leave my name number and question and never get a call back. Completely unprofessional and unexceptable. Don't let them transfer you when you call back they won't answer.
