Although the people were friendly, and the installation and transaction went smoothly, I deduct one star because recently when I opened my attic fan to use it, a *lot* of insulation fell through onto the floor and onto the floor. Apparently the insulation is very loose and blows around a lot. Enough to cover my attic fan door. Now I'm afraid of using my attic fan, because 1. I don't want to clean up anymore insulation. 2. I'm afraid the air from the attic fan will blow the insulation around even more. --Update 06/20/2016-- The company saw my review and called me about my concern. They were at my house the next day, checking on this. There is a barrier around my attic fan, and there were no signs that the insulation were building up against it. The person who was checking it out said it's likely the insulation was blown there during the installation. The blowers are high pressure, and some of it was stuck to the fan blades and the ceiling of the attic. That was satisfactory to me, knowing it would not be a continuing occurrence of insulation falling out of my attic fan if I used it. I was impressed their responsiveness after seeing my review as well. So I've upgraded them to 5 stars.

over all i was very satisfied with my investment and the quality of work put into making my home more energy efficient. i was super impressed with the time and effort put into all the sealing and insulating. my service advisor (Dalton) explained the whole process in great detail. he was very informative and patient in helping me with my decision.

I just had ECO out to my house 2 days ago. I have to say that I noticed a difference within the first several hours. My master bathroom was always so hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I have an indoor/outdoor thermometer in there. A few hours after the technicians left I went to the master to check out the temp and I was shocked that the temperature in that room was only 3 degrees warmer than what we had the thermostat set at! It was 103 on Saturday when they did the work and that room was 77. I can't wait to start seeing my bills! I also would like to say that ECO sent out 3 of the nicest young men to do the work. The first young man who knocked on the door was polite, informative and patient with all of my questions. The 2 technicians sent to do the work were also extremely thorough. Explained everything to me as they went along. I would recommend this company to anyone. In fact I came to work bragging about them today and one of my co workers gave them a call. If you need this service you can not go wrong with this company.

Since we had Eco insulate and seal our house, it seems less warmer and there are less drafts. The air conditioning and heating units(2) run much less than before. Our utility bills have also gone down. We are very pleased with the job they did. Their employees were very nice and helpful. They did a great job.

These guys are amazing. They go above and beyond any company I've ever hired! As a female I frequently get ripped of by home repair businesses. Not these guys they saved me over a 1,000$ after a very popular but unscrupulous company came to repair my a\c unit and blamed them. They stayed until 8:30 at night to repair the neglect of others. Love these guys. Recommend them to anyone who needs insulation!

Not sure this company is on the up and up, because the rep they sent to sell their product was obnoxious at best and scary at worst. After saying no 3 times, their rep remained on the front porch taking down our information. His actions did not inspire any confidence or faith that the company he represents has any decent reputation. If I were the company I would advise the reps to be more considerate of folks who say no. But maybe the company isn't that reputable either.

Had insulation installed yesterday after learning about the program from Kameron Khong, the sales rep. Everything went very smoothly. I was surprised how quickly it all got done. All people connected with this company were very polite, respectful, and friendly. I had very little insulation in my attic and could tell the difference immediately. Look forward to lower energy bills, but more importantly being more comfortable in my home. All around great experience. Oh, and the OG&E rebate really made it affordable for me.

Eco insulation actually works. I have had it installed for almost a year and saw a 15% reduction in the utility bills. The installation was fast and efficient. Also, I received the energy credit on my tax return. This was a no-brainer return-on-investment. Jordan was the rep who coordinated all of this, nice guy.
