I've had great service in the past, but now two days of no shows without calling ? What's up with this...

I was able to get comfort guard to come out on Memorial Day when i couldn't get anyone else to come out on a holiday! The tech was super nice and professional. He was able to tell what was wrong with the unit just by talking to me. He was able to have it fixed in about 30 minutes! Color me throughly impressed!! Comfort guard is a family owned business and cars aboit their customers I seriously wouldn't trust any other company.

My 82 year old mother has enjoyed their services for over 30 years....that said she has been paying $180.00 a year for little more than a filter change twice a year.....lord knows what they soaked her for several years ago for a "recommended" brand new system.... (we were living out of state)....after such an intimate relationship they auctioned off their assets and "stiffed" her for last falls visit.....we want restitution.... Typical of the owner/founder dying and family plundering the spoils.....we are owed $100.00

Called them but air comfort solutions came out to fix my clogged AC drain. Felt like I was charged too much and spent half the time trying to sell me their service plan. Will call someone else next time I need HVAC help.
