We are a new General Contractor that came to OKC to primarily begin to build large commercial projects. We built our vendors list and our sub-contractors list by mainly looking at businesses Google-reviews. In this case, this was a mistake. We've reached out to this company so many times, that we have truly lost count. They will not communicate back with us at all. Last week, we finally got ahold of someone. We sent our print over and was told we'd have their number back in time to meet our deadline to turn our bid in to the owner. We missed our deadline and are now scrambling to find another reliable painter. Luckily the corporation granted us a 1-day extension for extenuating circumstances beyond our control. I'm sure these guys are great guys; and I'm sure (based upon what I've read) that they put out a great finished product. But there's sooooooo much more to operating a professional business than just the actual work. I'm pretty disappointed to say the least as to how our first encounter with this company panned out. It is what it is...now we'll begin searching for another painter again.

CertaPro did a great job on multiple rooms in our home. Everyone we interacted with were extremely professional. Troy gave us a prompt estimate about a day after our inquiry. Louis and his paint crew did a great job on setup and painting. The owner, Robert, came out and inspected the finished product and all were very prompt to respond to any concern we had. Will definitely use Robert and CertaPro for our future painting needs.

We had them do several services for us. Inside painting, inside straining and outside painting. We found the crew that came to our home very professional and accommodating. Everyday they cleaned up the work spaces and gave us an update for the next day. I am always concerned with anyone in my home but we felt comfortable with them. All of the work looks great and the office calls you and discusses with you to ensure you are happy. We would have no concerns recommending this company to family and friends.
