Called to schedule 'pool school' and Cheryl in the service department incredibly sarcastic and rude. I was looking for guidance and it was clear this company wasn't looking for business. I booked services with another company in town with much better customer service.

We received an estimate and pool layout from Anthony at Blue Haven Pools during the summer. I'm just getting around to writing the review. The estimate and pool design was very detailed. My main issue with the whole process was the fact that I asked on 3 separate occasions for an estimate that showed the difference in cost between a salt water pool and one that had to be chemically treated. Anthony was adamant about not liking saltwater pools. He thought their longevity was not on par with chemically treated pools. Nevertheless I wanted to know the price difference. I asked when he came out for the initial evaluation, via email, and when he presented us with the pool drawing/pool estimate (for a chemically treated pool). We paid the $550 for the pool drawing and estimate, but it's frustrating because now we have to contact another pool company to see how much it'll cost to have a saltwater pool installed because we could never get a straight answer out of Anthony. The $550 would have been applied to pool construction cost if we moved forward with the project, but since we never got a straight answer about the saltwater pool version it made me think my questions and/or concerns would be dodged during the construction process as well.

This is the 7th season for our beautiful Blue Haven pool. We recently purchased a heater and it was installed this morning. Excellent service and support throughout the process! Thank you Cheryl and Blue Haven!

Currently working on our pool. Of all the quotes that I got, they were by far the most reasonable for a concrete pool. Even the vinyl and fiberglass were more expensive in my month long quote search. Don worked with us and introduced us to their sooner special. Right now we are in middle of construction and can’t wait till it’s complete.

We have a BlueHaven pool that is about 20 years old. It is still in excellent condition but we recently needed to replace a few tiles in the skimmer area. Ashley Oby at the okc Blue Haven office was extremely helpful in locating a sheet of left-over tile that matched the original. Her courteous, efficient service was much appreciated.

Blue Haven Pools built our pool 5 years ago and we have always used their service department. We have found their service to be timely, and they have always done good work. The service techs are courteous and knowledgeable.

Every time I go in the service is excellent! We maintain our own pool and they are helpful whenever we take water in to get tested by providing the proper steps to fix any chemical issues. On our most recent pool problem, we couldn't find pieces that we needed to open the pool and Cheryl tracked down what we needed by very vague description over the phone. We will continue taking our service here.

Came in to store today look for some tile that would be close match to tile in my pool . I needed 3 and they courteously went to the back and found a beer perfect match and would not taste a dime for them , forever grateful to blue haven pools you’re the best

Worst experience I’ve ever had hands down. In response to your statement after you blamed me for the wrong size salt cell which I told you I had no idea how big my pool was your techs came out here and made the assessment and you still acted like I somehow I was at fault for the wrong size after I had dumped hundreds I mean hundreds of dollars into the pool trying to get the water right and every time I would call and say my water is green what do I do only for you to tell me to go get it tested and dump even more chemicals into it only to find out you guys put the wrong size cell in Then your text came out here and damaged the pipes and glued on the salt cell where I couldn’t remove it they had to come back out here and break the glue off and damaged my pipes only for your lady who answers the phone to call me a liar and tell me that the leak was already there I have The emails I saved them as I’m a little bitter about the Experience so I stand by my review hands-down the worst experience I have ever had

Blue Haven Pools installed our pool last year. It was a professional job from the start. They were on schedule and the price was as promised. They kept us informed throughout the installation. They were very helpful getting me started to take care of it. In the past year, I dealt with Steven and Cheryl in their service department. We had a couple of service calls because of problems with our pump, They had someone come out the next day and quickly resolved the issue. One time, I had problems with nitrates because some fertilizer residue got in the water, and they gave me expert advice to resolve that too. They always took the time to help me to solve the problems. Thank you Blue Haven.

DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Cheryl and the entire service department are incompetent. Extremely poor customer service. More to follow in the coming days on the substandard work they failed to perform.

I was having some problems with opening our pool. Even though they were very busy Cheryl shifted the schedule around and squeezed me in. Both Cheryl and Steven always return my phone calls and always offer helpful advice. They are professional and a pleasure to work with.

We have been using Blue Haven for several years to service and repair our pool. I very rarely give a review, but our recent pool heater incident requires a thank you and kudos to the Blue Haven Service team. Cheryl in service was able to go to bat for us and get the manufacture to replace our heater. We now are on the weekly pool service plan (why didn't I do this years ago) and the pool is looking great!! Any how just wanted to say thanks to Cheryl and Steven in service and I appreciate the professionalism they maintain even when dealing with a frustrated customer. Really great company. We checked out a few locals, and decided on Blue Haven. They were a little more expensive but, I figure you get what you pay for. Glad we did because other people in the neighborhood had a bunch of problems. They are upfront with you, and talk with you throughout construction instead of covering up mistakes. Good communication. Pool is beautiful, haven't had many problems but if I do, they take good care of me. Wish I had done the landscaping through them too though, because now I have to mess with another company.

Service department is great, Cheryl (and Steven) is helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave me really great advice to help me lower the risk of my pool freezing. I was so nervous. So glad I have someone who actually knows what they are talking about to call in case I have a question.
