For good, fair prices, call A-Fox. Cliff was honest and not just out to make a dollar. What a refreshing change from the other electricians we called. Highly recommend!

I picked them due to the great reviews. I called a week ahead of time to set something up and the day we had agreed upon was a Friday. I had taken off work which for me is $192 I lost out on for the day. He said they would be here early so when 730am came around I called him and he said he forgot all about the appointment. He told me I never texted him my information. Well you never said a DAMN thing about texting you. sounded like you where writing my info down like a professional would. Anyways he said I will be out first thing Sat morning. Once again a no show. and another day of lost funds on my part. His excuse this time was that his crew must have went out Friday night partying and that he would be here soon as possible. Never herd from him. Very unprofessional way to handle business and i ended up losing about $384 for wasting my time waiting. Doesn't even deserve a half of star. STAY AWAY!!

Can't give enough stars to Cliff. He did a great job and is very reliable and reasonably priced. I called to get a second opinion on a job and he knew his stuff and was way less expensive than another company. I would hands down recommend him and his work, wish I would have used him on all my projects.

Had a problem with half the living room power not working, along with lights in the laundry room not turning on. Cliff and his partner narrowed it down to the unsuspecting outlet in the master bedroom to be the cause. Once it was fixed, we had power again, so I'm satisfied with their work. They charge by the hour and don't charge a visiting fee (to drive to your house and just look at the problem before suggesting a fix) so I recommend them if you rather work by the hour with professionals.

If you have read Anthony's one-star review, you can surely feel his pain. Taking off work, losing pay, etc...I'd like to give my experience, which is just the opposite. I called A-Fox and spoke to the owner, Cliff. I, too, called based on the reviews. Ironically, another electrical contractor had unexpectedly cancelled our appointment (illness) and I was desperately looking for another electrical contractor who would come on short notice because I had driven down to OKC to get some electrical work done on a condo we own. I explained my dilemma to Cliff. He had NO technicians available (booked two weeks out), and he was making a service call himself to help out. However, after speaking to me and finding out I had driven down to meet a contractor who had suddenly and unexpectedly cancelled, he made room in his schedule to do the work himself. He had me text me my information. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help, even though under tremendous time pressure himself was impressive. I offer this review to offset Anthony's poor experience.
