Earlier this summer I had a water pipe burst in my attic. All three floors of my house were soaked, ceilings buckling, floors ruined, etc. I was in a panic and did not know who to call. I called my insurance agent for a recommendation and they referred me to Servpro of Canton, saying that they were a highly professional company with years of experience. I trust my agent, so I went with them. It was a lengthy process of making sure my home was completely dry, but I can honestly say that they made my home look like nothing ever happened. I even had them do all the reconstruction work! The Servpro of Canton team is professional and they were true miracle workers in my time of need. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE

Coming home from an extended leave to find your home a complete disaster is very stressful. The Servpro team rolled up their sleeves and jumped right in to get our home back in order. A thank you note from M. Disman, Canton Ohio. I'd like to share with you our experience with the Servpro of Canton Team. In April we had a devastating fire at our home. Not experiencing such a disaster before we, like most victims of a house fire, were overwhelmed and frankly clueless to not only what to do but what the aftermath of such a disaster entails. Laura Otrusina and the Servpro of Canton team jumped in like we were the only customers they had. They were sensitive to our concerns of strangers handling our precious recovered items. They worked very hard, in spite of the smoke odor, soot, fear of ceilings falling down, unstable steps and 2 old people hovering by their side, they were terrific. Out of the scores of boxes packed, moved into storage, moved back to our home only one item was broken, and that broken item was handled by Servpro that very day. It was clear from the minute the team walked in the door that Michelle was the leader. Michelle kept everyone on track with great management skills. She was very engaging, helpful, patient, and truly cared about our situation. She personally handled and packed the items that were the most important to us; expensive pottery, paintings and even my husband's cherished high school football memorabilia. No matter how dismal the working conditions were she always walked in with a smile on her face and willing to do what it takes to clear the house out. Again, thank you to your Servpro of Canton team for a job well done. Mrs. Disman requested us to post her thank you note in hopes that she is able to help other families that find themselves in a similar situation.

I contacted servpro for some water damage and mold in my garage. Bruce came out to look and referred me to a roofing company who would fix the roofing issue then Servpro would finish it. The roofing company came out and took measurements. Last I heard from both Bruce and Anthony was that I would get a quote from Servpro. I contacted them a week later and never heard back. Emailed and called. It’s been over two weeks now. Rude customer service. At least have the respect to say you cant do the project.

HONEST & KIND! My husband and I thought we had white mold in my basement.. we contacted a different company who agreed and gave us a very costly estimate to 'fix' the problem. My insurance agent told me to call ServPro of Canton. I did and am so thankful for many reasons. First, Jacqueline at ServPro is one very honest and kind person, who took a lot of time to explain that she actually did not believe we had a mold problem. She had us send photos, etc. and after all was said and done, the problem didn't have anything at all to do with mold. If fact, it is a water softener situation. She spent so much time with me, that honestly, it shocked me, and also, tried to give me peace about my worries, as she explained what to do and look for, etc. In other words, I am thankful that I didn't have to actually use ServPro, but I will say If I ever need anything regarding water restoration, mold, etc., you better believe I WILL be calling Jacqueline at ServPro in Canton. I give this review for people who want a company that is honest, but I also give this review to show the company, that they have a wonderful employee working with them. Our office has restoration companies come in here every week trying to get us to refer them business. I have yet to find a company that is as professional and expedient as Servpro. Their Territory Manager, Laura is as knowledgeable as anyone that I have met in my 15 years in the insurance industry. And best of all, she stays involved and is accessible to my staff and my clients throughout the entire claim.

I recently used ServPro of Canton and was 100% satisfied. Even though the problem happened on a Sunday, they were at the property within 2 hours and had begun the mitigation. The crew was courteous, helpful, professional, and thorough. That level of service extended through to the office staff as well. As Joe indicated, even though they had seen more serious problems at other properties, they knew that for us, the problem was a 10. It was that type of empathy and concern that so impressed me. When they said they would call, they did, and when they said they would be at the property they were. The crew consisted of some lovely young ladies who impressed me with how strong they were and how they could move things around. Nobody wants a problem with their property, but if I ever have one, ServPro will be the group I will call.
