Fired Mr. Foster and his company for never putting in pool, even though they had $14,283.85 deposit from us. Judgement against the company and Mr. Foster for Fraud, but Mr. Foster still non-compliant with the court, refusing to pay the money he agreed to settle on.

I would highly recommend this company. When going in, I was unfamiliar with the different type of pools available and Bill and his team were great with explaining the ins and outs of pools and bringing me ideas that worked around my set budget. They created a pool for me that was far beyond my expectations and were great to work with throughout the whole process. Especially with keeping me informed on where we were with the project and dates of the completion. I would recommend this company for anyone wanting to create their dream pool or deck for their home and family. As, well as working with an honest man and a great company to create this dream of yours with ease.

I've worked with Bill and his staff at American Pools and Fountains for over 7 years. I have had the privilege of photographing roughly 20 different projects that they designed and crafted from beginning to end. And I can tell you the projects American Pools and Fountains creates are incredibly stunning. Fountains, fire and water features, unique pool shapes and the beautiful way each feature is integrated with the natural landscaping, are the types of designs you dream of having in your backyard. Yes, like all businesses that have been around for over a decade, they've had their growing pains, but they've learned from these growing pains and improved year after year. This is a good company with good people working for them! At their core they set the bar high in design and building standards with extreme attention to detail- a trait hard to find in contractors today! American Pools and Fountains is not a company that blows into a project and rushes their way through the process. Rather this is a company that is extremely detail focused from the first consultation to the build completion, to the landscaping, plantings and hardscapes, to the pool house, fire and water features, outdoor kitchens, to lighting and sound systems....they do it all. And since this is Ohio, the weather and elements play a big role in all scheduling- something that is out of their control! You can't go wrong with American Pools and Fountains! Truly amazing custom pools and backyards! I highly recommend this company!

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Started our pool in September 2016, supposed to be done in 45-60 days. Pool is usable (as of Memorial Day 2017) other work is not completed and what has been done is well below expectations Not receiving any replies from them as of May 31,2017 and have been promised satisfaction for the past 8 months...this experience has been a complete nightmare after spending $90k BEWARE!

I’m a general contractor who has worked with ACG on very high profile custom job located on a 75 acre site which entailed a pool with GRFC, lawn and landscaping, irrigation, putting green, driving range, lighting, etc. I have worked directly with the owner from the initial design to the finished product. Bill has over exceeded expectations in every part of the project. His vision, professionalism and customer service are second to none.

We wanted a pool. Not just any pool. We called around and got different bids and spoke to different pool companies then we called American Construction Group. After we met with the American Contruction Group staff we liked (them) not just thier proposal. They began work on the pool!!! They delivered exactly what was in the contract!!! We were very pleased with the end product! We got a beautiful granite 39’ by 18’ heated pool with a 400 BTU heater. The equipment they installed was top of the line! Everything is self filtered and we received training by their professional staff. The depth of our new beautiful pool is 8’ / 6.5’ and 3.5’. We also got beautiful deck jets and a basketball hoop for the children. They also designed internal colored lights and a 4ft stamped concrete deck around the pool and sidewalk that connects our Porgola!!! Everything was really professional. I would recommend them. They are very good and very busy so please be patient with them because the end result will be fantastic! Create your Resort at Home by using American Construction Group.

Needed to spruce up my backyard. So we called American Pools. Bill came and reviewed project. We had to submit to our HOA. We were approved and moved forward. His crew did an awesome clean up and planted over 100 plants in our back which faces other homes. We were challenged with crazy Ohio weather but they got it done. Nothing but compliments! Working on front landscaping this Spring! Everything came out great!!
