I hired Nill construction to build 2 homes on my farm in North dakota. I sat down with tim and explained what I wanted in each home. Even though I lived out of state, I turned the project over to them and turned them loose. They did a great job on both of the houses. I came to town once or twice to see how it was going. Their communication was great as was the quality of workmanship. The projects got done on time and on budget. Tim even called me a few times to propose things that either saved money or improved the project. Tim is great to work with and completely trustworthy. I would hire them again in a flash and would recommend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed with these folks. I have tried multiple times to work with them, more out of necessity than desire for them in particular. When I was starting a house remodeling project, I called and scheduled an appointment for Tim to come out to see the project and give me an estimate. Well he never cancelled the appointment, didn't call and never showed up. Fast forward several years later I have a much bigger project, stopped into the office on a couple different occasions when Tim's front desk lady said he would be in, but he wasn't. Finally did have a sit down with him to discuss my project. He was interested and thought we would be able to work together to accomplish it. I was pushed to the back burner many times. Each time I called to follow up he would give me another date that he thought he would have the estimate put together by. Each time he said he was just finishing up on another bid and would start mine right away. Well that never happened. Finally when I sent an email just asking to tell me straight out if he was interested in the job or not, he starts out asking all the basic questions as if we hadn't met, as if he didn't have my drawings, as if I was someone he didn't know anything about, ie: square foot of the building, ventilation, heating/ac, what type of exterior walls...etc all things we had previously discussed. So needless to say he wasn't happy with my response and said I should find a new contractor. Well obviously I didn't have one to start with. All though this company has a lovely new building and appears to be a good choice, they have no follow through, no customer service. A sad excuse for a business. - edited for spelling.

I've used Nill construction for several projects, which include replacing a roof, a few windows and a door. When I met with Tim, he inspected the potential projects. I received a timely bid, which I signed. The projects were completed on time and at the cost that was quoted. They were pleasant to work with and I appreciate the advice that they gave me about what would be the most cost effective.

Nill Construction has done several different projects for us here at the Gladstone Inn & Suites, and we have been very satisfied with their work. The whole staff is very pleasant and friendly, and projects always get done in a timely, efficient manner. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have some construction work done.
