Management in this facility is less than horrible. NO communication between anybody ever. HR is a joke. The pay is horrible for the amount of work they expect from you. No days off. Leaders are worthless. No one knows what they are doing. At best this is one of the crappiest places I have ever worked and I was in the military for 7 years and a truck driver for almost 2 years.

New management has made promise after promise without following through with many. People are told upon hiring that they are to work (for 1st shift) from 7am-330pm, only to find out that over 95% of the lines are working a minimum of 10 hour days with another 8 hour day on most weekends! Has been that way for at least a full year!

The job was great, however you will work 60 hours a week and management is horrible. If you work here you will have no life.

Employees really enjoy working here. Clean factory, very good pay and benefits. Friendly co-workers and supervisor are always willing to teach you more. They allow people to move up within the company it all based on how far you want to go or do within your time there. I really recommend Bobcat in Bismarck.
