CertaPro Painters of Greensboro exceeded my expectations. Communication before, during and after the painting and staining of my house was excellent. The painting crew was very in tune with the little details that went into the overall project and end result. It's rewarding when friends and neighbors noticed the changes to the exterior of my house. They can't stop talking about how good it looks. I have already recommended them to friends.

CertaPro was so wonderful! Elliot came out quickly and gave great info for things to do and a quote within 24 hours. He knew we were trying to move quickly and was so helpful in that. He and his team understood our timelines and worked within those. The entire house(every nook and cranny I like to say) was painted and they did a wonderful job! They took care of everything that we asked and we couldn't be happier with their service! We will use them again and recommend them to everyone!

I inherited a couple of rental properties and decided to sell them. I needed the work done quickly as I don't live in the area and couldn't afford to take too much time off to handle getting repairs done. Unlike my roofer, the Certapro crew showed up on time and with everything they needed finish the job. They did an excellent job, finished a little ahead of schedule, got everything cleaned up and left nothing behind. During the job I had a couple of questions, the woman in the office was very friendly and professional.

Ceiling joint had to be repaired and painted. The project estimator, Eliot, was on time and provided an instant estimate, written and emailed. The painter, Chris, is an engaging young man and he did a superb job that consisted of moving the furniture and covering, assembling and disassembling a scaffold without any damage, stripping the old tape, retaping the drywall joint and painting with a perfectly matched color. This team is terrific. On time and on budget. We could not be more pleased. Five stars all around! Gary

I had CertaPro repair and paint the exterior of my home and I am extremely dissatisfied. The quality of the work was very poor and the people were unreliable. There were multiple days when the carpenter did not show up, which caused the project to be delayed. I never saw anyone on-site whom I would regard as a supervisor. The original plan was to have CertaPro paint the interior also, but I terminated that agreement after the terrible experience we had with the exterior. The person we brought in to do the interior took a look at CertaPro's work and has pointed out a multitude of things CertaPro did incorrectly, such as they did not properly seal the new boards that were put on the exterior and the paint is already blistering on the shutters just 2 months after CertaPro painted them. As more and more problems come to light, I am so frustrated with CertaPro, I am even contemplating legal action. My advice to others is to avoid CertaPro.

Certapro was recommended to me by a friend who used them to paint his home before moving. When I purchased my home I used them to paint several interior walls, including my bathrooms and kitchen and I absolutely love that they take their time and really do a good job. Since then I have recommended them to several other people who have also been very pleased with their work. It's hard to find good quality work these days but Certpro has certainly raised the bar.

Had my entire interior painted in Fall. There were several bumps in the road, one of which bringing a different style paint than was in original contract -- they assured me it was "better" and more expensive than one I signed for. Well, now as the lighting changes in my house, I can see every single spot where I tested colors on my wall, even though they are identical or very close. Also, where you can't see except on a ladder, they did a sloppy job. . Not to mention paint splatter on just about every single thing close to walls; would definitely NOT recommend this company. My dad was a painter and he taught me a lot, I could have done a better job than half of this crew -- they had no idea what they were doing.
