Worthless refund check --I accepted a quote from Chuck Rhoden with America's Choice Contractors to put siding on a detached garage. I wrote him a check for him to buy materials. He came back to tell me what he was going to do was put horizontal siding on vertically, but didn't think I would like it so, he wanted to show me real vertical siding and let me know it was a few hundred more. I would have been very upset if he had put the horizontal on vertically. I thought about it overnight and came to the conclusion it was not the right time for this. I had a bad feeling about it. I called him and asked that we cancel for now. He wrote me a check back for my down payment. It BOUNCED, and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OF MY MONEY. He has lied continuously about paying me day after day, week after week. If he had made the check good and paid my money back, he could have had plenty of business from me.

This company has been around for years and has a 10 year warranty on their work. They price matched a different company for us and based on their warranty life we want with them. The workers have gone above and beyond fixing things that needed to be done without additional cost.

Evening, I've been sitting on this for a while and finally decided to write a review. I'll say that this company has done no work for me, but that is the issue as a whole. Jennifer came out and promised a quote by Wednesday three or four weeks ago. Here we are a month out with several promised made to deliver each week and nothing has been done. If you cannot get a quote to me or simply don't have the backbone to tell me you will not do the work, then you deserve this one star. I wish you the best of luck on future endeavors.

I am now on my 4th time of having chuck and his crew remodel my homes. The first was a complete remodel down to the framing (we sold it a year later while still making money.) our current house we wanted so much done we have had the come do parts as we could afford it. We have had kitchen , bathrooms , walls removed in the downstairs and walls added. Besides the bad weather we have had it has all ran smoothly. The workers clean up their work every day, allow me walk through and updates. I will continue to use them for all my future remodels.
