I've had horrible experiences working with them. They didn't even install the correct size filter on my units which is pretty basic to do. If you bring up these concerns with any contact within the company, they dismiss you and just tell you to place a service call which you end up paying for, after they commit the mistakes. If they are causing more problems than they are solving, I just don't see myself giving them a good rating until they can prove otherwise.
