Poor quality of painting. The workers slacked off and took their sweet time. Could see the repairs thru the paint. When I called the boss to discuss what could be done he gave me the run around. I will never use certapro ever again.

Outstanding workmanship and professionalism. Stucco repair was beyond perfect. They managed to fill and texture to perfection all edgings along parapets. Color matching was spot on. Andrew, site manager, gave all repaired stucco two coats of paint and blended it expertly. Andrew also had a lot to overcome including equipment failure, lightning and heavy rains but he always kept us informed to changes to the completion timeline. I can't say enough about his excellent work ethic. I highly recommend CertaPro Painters of ABQ. Ask to have Andrew's crew. You won't be disappointed.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I have so much overspray, paint globs and paint footprints that I have spent more time cleaning up than they did. I have paint on screens that I'll never be able to get off. I've walked my home 2x with with crew and they still missed areas. They oversprayed so badly on my porch I have to paint the entire ceiling, I'm still 2 weeks waiting for them to come complete the job. The only oversight the crew had was 1 visit by Carl (owner) who belittled the crew and rushed around my home and couldn't leave fast enough. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They did a fine job. Very meticulous, and "stayed in the lines" so to speak, no splatter or spray. The color was not quite what we were expecting but it was not their fault. It matched the swatch we picked perfectly, it just looked different once up on the house. Now it's grown on us! Didn't leave a mess and I didn't have to call them back to go over any missed places. They even painted my rain gutter N/C (the original cover really clashed with the new color). can't say how long it will last, but it looked better than before. i would use them again.

Great service from a professional crew. I dealt with Joe from the start and Andrew was the site manager. They did a great job on performing a re-stucco and repainting our house. They repaired our parapets, which were weather damaged, and they also installed a cedar wood garage trim and stained it on the spot at a small additional charge. The end result looks great and you can tell the paint is a product that is made to last. Their pricing was fair, actually lower than their competitors, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to repair and enhance the curbside appeal of their home.

Had Certapro come out to our home in December 2017, in the Sandia Mountains. Repaired water damage boards and painted. Less than a year later boards are water damaged, again.They didn’t paint both sides of the boards. Asked Joe if they would repair boards under warranty. Told me no, because I need to stop the water from running over the boards. I asked why didn’t you tell me this was going to happen, he said he didn’t know they would get wet again. We live in the Sandias mountains everyone knows it snows, and rains here. Just got attitude from him. Don’t use Certapro, apparently they expect you to know everything about house painting, will not inform you if job will last. Only one star, because I couldn’t do zero.

We were redoing our bathroom and wanted to paint the celiings in the bathroom/cloest space. My brother-in-law recommended paying professional painters. I chose Certa Pro based on the reviews i saw and they did not disappoint. Joe came out to do the assessment and his team was out the next day . They did a wonderful job and i hope to hire them again for painting the outside of our house as well, just have to get the money for it. Payment was smooth and easy and i would abosultely recommend this company.

watch out for the drivers of their estimate crew. Had one cut me off twice then race up on my bumper doing twice the speed limit of the neighborhood. License # NM PFY-252 on 8/9/2017. would never trust a company whose employees are not under control and cannot follow even basic street laws and driving decorum. would have scored lower but had to give them something for this review

Johan and his team did repairs to the stucco on our house, and scraped window and door trim before painting the house exterior and then painting windows and doors. They were always on time, always explained the steps. House looks like new again.

We encountered CertaPro at the Albuquerque home show last month. We visited with Joe Hockett, he said that he would be at our house in a few days to bid the job he did. They finished the stucco repair and painting of our house, garage, and shop building two days ago, they were at our place when they said they would be, work together as a team, the area was cleaned up daily. The crew led by Daniel Rowe and painters Joe, Adrian and Dillon worked together as a team. The job was completed in the time quoted even though 1/2 day was lost do to wind and rain. This job required some stucco repair and used up 35 gallons of elastomeric paint, had a color change on al three buildings to make them match. Bob Stevens, the production manager, also came by one day. We live over 60 miles from their office. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them
