Where to begin....I started working with Phil to have a fence put in at my moms new house. Phil was able to explain the difference in the gauge of his paneling vs some box stores so I understood the product I was getting. He was able to setup the installation very quickly and the install went perfect. It’s been a long time since I had this kind of service. I immediately jumped online to give a great review of Phil and American fence to find some mixed reviews. Well after talking with other employees at the office I found out that Phil was managing another branch and had recently come to Albuquerque to get things cleaned up. Couldn’t be happier with my project and if you call American fence you will be too!

We purchased an Electric gate opener about 8 years ago. We have always services it our selves. Preparing for winter we did our 6 month maintamce and when we went to use it, it would not operate like normal. So we called American Fence where we bought it and the guy that answered could of cared less we we're having problems. He barely answer my questions, answered with a, uh huh answer.. They are quick to sell their gates but could care less about helping you when their is a problem. I gave 1 star because 0 stars were not an option. I would Not recommend them for anything. There are other great frence companys in Albuquerque and in New Mexico surrounding areas.

I created this google account just to write you a review, and I'm glad I'm the 1st. I requested that someone come down to our yard to give us an estimate on a replacement rolling gate so that I can present to an adjuster who is working on an insurance claim for us. I was told by Eric, "we aren't doing jobs that small right now." What kind of business motto is that!? I wasn't asking that he come replace the gate right this minute, I just needed an estimate so we can get the ball rolling on the insurance claim. Typical New Mexico attitude. It's Friday so American Fence Co. doesn't want to work!

I read the reviews for American Fence and almost didn't check with them regarding my chain link needs but am so glad I did!!! They were the nicest folks and so incredibly helpful. I needed explanations and assistance and they were extremely accommodating! I would recommend American Fence to anyone! I didn't have to buy a whole roll of fence that I wouldn't use. They sold me just what I needed at a very reasonable price. Thumbs up, American Fence!
