Worst website I have ever tried to use and calling in is just as miserable. Someone really needs to evaluate this entire system.

This review is for the website, it’s terrible. I’m sure someone spent a lot of time on it, but they need to be fired. It defies logic. What other websites do you type the house number in one box and the street name in another? If you type something slightly wrong a prompt comes up and doesn’t go away causing the user to start from the beginning. This site is so bad it seems like they want people to just call in markouts. It’s 2018!!!!
