I bought a house last year and had to do renovations before I moved in. I got estimates from 3 contractors. I decided to use Jerry Naimoli contractors. Last year Jerry and his team did an amazing job on my second floor and in the living room. His work is amazing. This year I had to renovate the kitchen and the stairs and once again I hired Jerry. The kitchen is coming along beautifully. All my ideas are coming to live because Jerry and his team are very knowledgeable and when issues arise like they do in a house that was built in 1920 they always come up with creative ideas to resolve the issue. I have a lot more of renovations to do in this house and my choice of contractor is Jerry Naimoli contractors.

He is one of the few local contractors who shows up when he says he's going to show up, and if you have a tight time frame he makes things happen. The work we have had done has always been what we requested, in budget, with a few extras thrown in by Jerrys team. He is also very good with kids and dogs.

After being in a nightmare insurance claim w nightmare contractors for almost a year...I came across his company on google...from our first meeting he was a professional and truly willing to help turn our nightmare into a dream come true... Apparently,I have chosen to call this contractor to get an estimate for my basement,called twice in a week and emailed them even before the phone calls for a quote,spoke with Jane,twice I was told "I need to get your info,and someone will get back to you".It has been 3 days,I did not receive any call back yet.I am not getting any good impression with the staff of this contractor.It is completely the opposite of the positive reviews I read.

We had an emergency skylight issue where our skylight just completely cracked and busted. I called after hours and Jerry called me back within 10 minutes of me leaving a voicemail. He came out in the evening to cover the skylight so no glass fell into our house. He was able to get everything replaced for a great price and in a quick timeframe. Literally, in the first 5 minutes of meeting Jerry, I knew we would be calling him to redo our bathroom in the future and other renovations we will need. In an era where people no longer want to work, never call you back, or simply stand you up waiting after telling you they'll be there, Jerry is the one who will be there with his great work ethic. He communicated well through the entire project and kept to his word. If he said he'd do something, he did. Our only delays were weather related, which were obviously beyond his control. I was thrilled with their attention to the small details, which can really make a huge difference during a project. After a small flood in my kitchen, I found Jerry via google after Servepro basically abandoned me. I needed cabinets replaced, my counter, sink, and garbage disposal reinstalled. Landing on the Naimoli Contractors website, the chat window with the Office Manager was amazing; so helpful and friendly! I put together an email with photographs and Jerry was able to get me an estimate to submit to my insurance right away. After approval, he scheduled work for the next week day! And they were prompt, and worked VERY fast; only a few hours to complete everything! They went above and beyond to ensure that the damaged cabinets were removed from my patio, and they tested everything to ensure it was operation. In doing so, they discovered a small leak in the pipes which they fixed on the spot! They left me 100% clean, repaired, and operational. In a really unlucky event, I was extremely lucky to have found Jerry to make everything all better again.
