We needed a chimney man on Friday. Didn't know one, so I went on Google and found 3 contractor's. Called all 3 and the first 2 left message and then called Mark Jameson and explained my situation and said that they can come on Saturday.They came ,looked at the problem said they can fix it today .Because we had no heat or hot water.They were very professional. Clean and his workers were very courteous and explained what they had to do. They also said they would have come out on Friday to fix it if we told them that we had no heat. When you don't know a chimney man what do you do especially when it is a holiday weekend .I would recommend them to anyone

we had a pretty severe issue with our furnace and water heater backing up and fuming the house. it was scary and we have a large family. we called up and we're responded to in a timely manner. mark and his crew fixed the problem so we had heat and then returned to install a lining for our chimney and replaced the pipes that were around the water heater and furnace. the price was more than fair and the job was in a whole different league then the company that we once used. quality and care is all i have to say. we are grateful.

HOROBLE EXPERIENCE. MY APOINTMENT HAS BEEN CANCELED TWICE. THEY GIVE ME A TIME WINDOW BETWEN 10:00AM AND 1:00PM I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK. THE GUY NEVER SHOWED UP INSTEAD THEY CALLED ME AND ASKED TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN. IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE......DO NOT USE MARK JAMESON

I called and had them come out to locate a leak in my chimney they came out and told me what was leaking. I was told that they would call to schedule the repair I called them after I didn’t hear anything they told me on Friday that they would be out to fix my chimney between 8am and 9am on Saturday at 9:15 am I didn’t hear anything and they told me that it was to cold to do the repair they told me they would call on Monday to reschedule. They didn’t call me back after I called on Monday at 12:30 and no phone call since then. Will look for another company to do the repairs since they don’t feel they need my business.

This was the best experience! Dennis and his crew were clean, professional and extremely efficient. They lined our fireplace and hot water heater stacks within the chimney, and did many other chimney repairs. Price was half of what another company had estimated. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable service. Was looking for a full chimney inspection and estimate for repairs. Took off from work and was given a time frame of 12-3 pm .... No problem..... At 2:15 I get a call that the guy was running a little late and would be there at 3:30 ... Okay still no problem.... Now at 3:15 I get a call that he is still at his other job and it is raining and it would be too slippery to exam the chimney. It has been raining all day and NOW its too slippery? ?! I have never heard of this being an issue...roof shingles are like sandpaper and even if it is an issue... Wouldn't you let us know this early in the day and not make us wait around all day ..... Completely unprofessional! Save the headache and stay away

When we turned on the heat the week before Columbus day there was a terrible smell. PS&G came the next day and said we had a chimney problem and should not use our water heater or furnace. We called but it was the Friday of a holiday weekend and no one could come until thankfully Mark Jameson. He came that afternoon, when he said he would. The problem was diagnosed and he and his crew installed a chimney liner. They were neat, polite and HONEST. THEN Mark proceeded to adjust our attic fan. This was out the of scope of the job, took a few trips to the roof and was done at no charge. The town fire inspector complemented the work. A fair price, no surprises, we can now sleep warm and safe. Kudos to Mark Jameson Contractors.
