While they might do a decent job this complaint is against their lack of respect for residents. Their on-site supervisor (Jose) and crew are dismal and behave with no respect for the community they disrupt on a daily basis. I've had to call and complain to their project lead, supervisor and the cops several times in the last year and while some things have gotten better (i.e. no men smoking directly in front of my first floor window, no lewd conversations before 6:30am) I'm still dealing with severe disrespect. But I guess it's ok since Jose confirmed that I'm American and educated me on the fact that because I'm not the owner of my building I should basically deal with it. At my wits end. If you see this construction company setting up shop by where you live prepare yourself for disrespect and lack of consideration for the community!
