We used B&B siding as our contractor for the vinyl siding of our house, and leaders and gutters also. Start by saying they gave a fair and reasonable price. The job came out beautiful. The owner and construction supervisor are nice and professional, answered all of our questions. Very accommodating, even after the job was completed. Good, reliable company, good service from everyone I had contact with.

Kamil and Paul were great people. I did a roof job, and I did encounter issues. But I remember that Kamil said, “I cannot promise you that there will be no issues in your job, because we are human. But I could promise you that I will always go back and fix it“. Well, he kept his word. The man has integrity because after I paid them, they came back to fix what was wrong. ( BTW it was minor things. These people KNOW What they’re soing)

We had both our roof and siding redone by B&B they were very professional and helpful. They always went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work they were doing and satisfied with the finished product. We now love the outside of our home, it went from a house stuck in the 70's to a modern day home.

B & B just finished siding and also added a beautiful Portico on our home on Holdridge Avenue. We could not be happier with the outcome. Paul, who personally built our beautiful Portico, also supervised the entire job. Anything we asked for, he made sure was done to our satisfaction. Paul could not have been more accommodating. The entire crew was very professional, courteous and most of all patient with us. Kamil, the owner of the company, was very concerned that we were totally satisfied with every aspect of the job, and we are. Last Summer B&B Siding replaced the windows in my house and then installed insulation and new siding. They did a good job so my issue (hence the single star) is not with B&B per se. The real issue is that they outsource the gutter work to a company called "Lopes Gutter" - and this outfit did very sloppy work installing the gutters, the final step in a major renovation. After the work was finished I noticed that water was dripping from the roof over my porch on to my stairs rather than flowing into the gutters - the gutters were apparently installed *under* the roof shingles. This resulted in my steps being a skating rink as this happened in the Winter. Each time I complained Daniel Lopes of Lopes Gutter responded a short time later - saying they had come by and now the problem was fixed. It wasn't. Finally I insisted they fix the gutter on a day I was home. Daniel sent two men who spoke almost no English. I had no way to communicate as I am woefully ignorant of Spanish. The guys worked all day and it appears they finally nailed it. Problem solved? No. Earlier this week, I noticed my security camera on the rear of the house was malfunctioning to the point the image was so blurred as to be useless. I investigated and it is because the gutters on the rear of the house were installed under the flat roof. Basically my security gear went swimming. The camera is weatherproof but it isn't a submarine. I complained to B&B as Daniel of Lopes Gutter didn't answer his phone and his voicemail was full. B&B reached Daniel's wife and s/he offered to fix it "next Tues or Weds" - I said no, NOW. Fix it now as the rain is doing damage. Finally they said Daniel himself would come after the weekend. This will cost me a day of work - to take Monday off - and if it rains between today (Friday) and Monday more damage will be sustained. As it is I have to pay to replace my security equipment - and do the repairs/reinstallation myself. I can not recommend B&B as long as they continue to farm out work to Lopes Gutter. In fact, I'd recommend customers look elsewhere. ADDENDUM: a short time after I wrote this review an employee of B&B came to my house. He took some pictures of the problem and said he'd be back "Monday or Tuesday." Had a proper job been done on the first iteration B&B would have gotten a positive review. That didn't happen and the problems persist. Beware.

Don't waste time with anyone else. This company treats you like family. Fast estimate with no added sales pressure - provided all details of job. Provided locations to visit to ensure our color choice was perfect. Evaluated existing insulation was perfect and 'saved us money'. Workers were courteous, neat and treated our house like their own. [they found & fixed a small leak in my roof - prevented future damage]. Kamil and Laurie responded to every call promptly as if we were family.

Unfortunately this is the second time that am using B&B , and it’s been a horrible experience. I was left in limbo 5 time after scheduling an appointment, no call back no nothing. It seems they are over booked and they subcontract their work, I won’t be using them again .

B & B was a pleasure to work with! I had a small section of my roof replaced and they made recommendations, but didn’t pressure me to replace the entire roof. About a year later I called them back to replace the rest of the roof and a skylight. The project was completed professionally and neatly. A week afterwards they came back to double check the skylight to ensure it didn’t leak (there was a lot of rain the week after they replaced it). Follow through was amazing and thorough. I called a third time for a small siding patch also and they matched my existing siding perfectly. Can’t recommend enough - although I try to tell everyone I know to use Kamil and B & B!

B&B came in and did a complete roof rip off (3 layers) in one day! They were very courteous and professional and cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend them!

My house is 1 year and 4 1/2 months old. This company was contracted by 139 Alvin LLC to build 84 homes in this new community. A few months after we moved in we noticed the ceiling paint started to wrinkle. We called this company, they came out, and the technician found a hole which he siliconed up. Months later the Nor Easter hits NYC. We ended up getting water damage to the ceiling in the same area as the wrinkle prior. I called them out 4 times in total. They inspected the over hang or half roof as you see in the pictures. He changed the flashing on it, siliconed the window above the overhang but they would NOT CHECK UNDER THE SHINGLES. Now the only time water gets into the house is when it’s high winds and stormy type of rain. The only way I could simulate it to make sure the problem was fixed after replacing the flashing is to use my water hoes. Water still found it’s way in. The technician determined it to be the window. I begged him to check under the shingles to make sure it’s not the roof. I got push back. I spoke to the owner of the company Kamil and asked him to have the technician to come and rip the shingles out. Again, push back. The last correspondence I had with the owner was through an email begging and pleading to rip the shingles off and check underneath before breaking brick to replace the window because the tech guy believed that’s where the problem was. No response. Totally ignored. After taking the interior Sheetrock, insulation, and baseboard out from under the window there was no evidence of water coming from the wood that is underneath the window which is behind the Sheetrock. Water only showed itself at the baseboard whenever I watered the roof for 30 minutes or more. It’s been almost 5 months I’ve been living like this with my floors covers to protect the wood and more then half my furniture stored in a separate bedroom. I haven’t heard from anyone from this company in at least 4 weeks. There’s still a hole in my ceiling and a missing wall in my bedroom with no insulation. Would I recommend this company to anyone? After my experience of using my warrenty instead of me paying them to do the work.. definitely not or ever in the future. Neither should you

B&B was recommended by a family member who's a builder & use's them consistently. They were by far the best choice for us out of other companies that we priced. Kamils workers were very professional & personable, they went the extra mile on a few things that we asked them too do. They stayed on schedule with everything. We would highly recommend B&B siding in the future.
