While the busy production season slows in the winter, filing claims and fighting for homeowners never really does. With hundreds of claims filed, supplemented and closed, I have a substantial amount of claim experience working for this company. 99% of our homeowners are very happy with our work, but you can't please everyone no matter how hard you try. While some homeowners may have issues, they are resolved in a reasonable amount of time and are fought through the insurance companies to be paid for often for months on end. Occasionally homeowners are apprehensive as well as insurance companies based on their policy, but in the end we always try to make right with all of our homeowners that we have signed a contract with.

I see on here that the reviews are good and some not. They can use a little better costumer service skills and better communication skill between there costumer and employees! They were here after a said few days. The Renee guy is very professional And new his stuff. They were quick and got my roof done in two days. Not happy with this businesses communication!

They took the time to answer all my questions, and came by to inspect once the roof was completed. Hired them to do some hail damage repair on my rental property, they responded quick and came out to a free estimate. We ended having to repair a good portion of roof, but luckily they finished in just a few days, than you Marcos. Oh and luckily we were able to find a color of shingle that matched too
