After going back and forth on what system would best fit our needs and selecting a system, they were professional and not pushy and answered all our questions. On the install, Mike kept us informed when they would arrive and was on-time. The install took two days. the first day was to prep the new boiler to get it ready for the swap-out. The Second was the swap out. So we were never without heat overnight. They left it cleaner then they arrived. Thanks

Mike and Tom came right over and gave us a very reasonable price to fix everything and bring it all up to code. They were professional, fast and very knowledgeable and I couldn't have been more impressed. Rehired them for a quick fix on an outdoor faucet and plans to have them back next year for a new deck. My furnace backfired at 8:30 pm on a Monday night and I was home alone. I texted Mike and he got back to me within minutes and was at my house within 20 minutes. He alleviated my worries with his knowledge and expertise of heating systems. He came back the next day and did a very thorough cleaning of my furnace for an incredibly reasonable price. You really feel like you are being taken care of by someone who genuinely cares.

We had a Fujitsu AC installed a couple of months ago and are very happy with it. It is super quiet, such a pleasant experience coming from the noisy windows ac units. We can actually sleep with the ac on, no problem. The output is much much more than a window unit too. We have two cooling/heating units outside, a 2 ton and a 3 ton, with 6 AC heads inside the home. We only had one chance to try the heat, and it worked fine ( we got the hyper heat version of each unit ) ... Now that it is getting hot outside, we have used the AC several times and it is all that it was advertised to be.. TCC did a good job installing it, and were very professional and tolerated all of my questions.. We discussed how everything would be done before any work was started so we knew what to expect..ie, where would things be run, etc.. I was pleasantly surprised at how the lines were run so as to not be an eye sore, or in my way. I am also very happy with how quiet the cooling units that are outside. They can both be running at the same time and not be nearly as loud as just one window AC.. and as a bonus, they helped us fill out the forms for a refund from the utility company, and the check came today.. < BIG SMILES > Overall we are very happy with TCC and would recommend them.

Trolley crossing contracting is the only company you should go for great service and great prices. Mike and his brother really did a great job installing our direct water heater, porch heater and all the gas lines for the stove and dryer. They gave no hesitation to follow up with us on what they did. There are some good companies out there but when it comes to making sure the jobs done right, they really go above and beyond the call of duty.
