A sprinkler head burst during the recent deep freeze when night temps went below 0. Serious flooding (water about 4" deep) occurred in several rooms and corridors in a major building on our site. I called Servpro of Nashua and spoke with Chris, the operations manager, who arrived on our property about an hour later. After viewing, measuring and evaluating the damage, he explained patiently and in great detail the water mitigation process, including the demolition work required, and the likely damage, both visible and invisible and, about 2 hours later, called to give me the actual cost which was somewhat less than his original rough estimate. Early the next morning a crew of workers in bright green trucks arrived and with them dozens of machines. They went right to work removing the water, cutting open walls, removing insulation and all other water damaged materials that could not be salvaged, cleaning, and applying anti-microbial chemicals. They spent more than a week on site including time on the weekends. I'm sure I am forgetting some names but I can say with certainty that all of the Servpro employees including Carlos, Nick, Jared, Josh, and Kim, and everyone else, were absolutely fantastic. Their work ethic was beyond outstanding, which was as notable to me as their friendliness and courtesy, probably the most personable crew I've ever met. And their work product was excellent as well! Chris the ops manager checked in with me each day providing updates and answering the thousands of questions I had. And, the owner of the company visited the site at least 3 times during the project! In every aspect, beginning with the very first telephone conversation, Servpro far exceeded all of my preconceived expectations and helped settle any anxieties I might have had related to post-flood damage. Servpro is the one company you never want to call, and it's the one company you always want to call - if you ever have a flood! Servpro is a great company and I recommend them without any hesitation.

As a landlord, I have dealt with many properties being left by tenants in deplorable conditions over the years. Recently I was faced with a mess that I have never encountered before. I knew it was a bigger job then my maintenance crew could handle and needed to bring in a professional company. I called Servpro who quoted me $995. After Chris looked at the apartment, he stated the job would cost $1500. He said it would take an 8 hour day for 2 people to clean two of the rooms plus a tiny bathroom. When I checked the apartment at noon, it was absolutely filthy with only 5% cleaned. In checking 3 hours later, very little was done. The workers left at 3:00 pm giving me only 5 hours of work. A supervisor was there who took photos of all the work that remained. I am being charged for a service where the agreed upon work was not done. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Servpro for any services. Now I have to hire a reputable company that will do the work that needs to be done.

I had an issue with Servpro regarding billing and the staff was not helpful in working with me. However, after some time and persistence, the owner of the franchise got involved and quickly resolved the matter with me. Having been an executive in high tech industries for several decades, I know that customer service matters. I had previously given low marks to Servpro Nashua mainly due to their frontline team not coming through. However, the experience with the owner has shown me that he is a businessman with integrity and knows the value of an honest customer. Having spoke with him directly, I believe the actions of his staff in my case do not reflect his business values and that this has been a lesson learned and corrected.

I called in a claim at 3pm on a Tues. They had team that night at 8-10pm .Starting water cleanup. They had people here and 20 fans going. The brought a junk bag where all the damaged stuff went. They called to have it picked up. They worked with insurance adjuster showing the damage.
