Called Servpro with a flood problem and spoke to Justin. He had a crew out the next morning with fans and drying equipment. Edwin and Carlos were courteous and worked quickly. They returned multiple times over 3-4 days to insure the walls were dry. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Called servpro to get a estamet on mold remedation. They said they would call me back with a plan on what they where going to to, they never came out to even look at the problem so how would they have a plan on what to do? Its been two weeks never got the call and whent with someone that knows what they are doing. Dont bother with them they have no idea what they are doing. Response to SERVPRO: There was no phone call nor was there a voicemail left on 9/10 by you "waving" the $150 scope fee you know you did not call me. Shame on you for trying to blame me for this incident. The service has already been done by another company that actually called me back!
