I recently had new siding and windows installed by Scott's roofing. Considering I've had bad experiences with contactors in the past I was concerned about the quality of the finished product. The owner Shawn was honest from day 1, he was on site often to answer all my questions and concerns. His team was respectful, polite and diligent. I really enjoyed working with Paul from Scott's roofing. He addressed all of my questions, was very professional and was always prompt. I had 4 quotes for siding and roofing on an apartment building I own, and in terms of price, quality and warranty, Scott's was very competitive. They offered one of the best prices, they used quality materials, and offered the BEST warranty. For me the choice was easy and I was very pleased with the result. Paul was great to work with and kept me up to date with any recommendations once the work was underway. He also provided pictures of the progress and points of concern when encountered (building was built in 1927 so a couple of small things were uncovered). I highly recommend Scott's and will work with them again in the future.

I just general contracted my personal house in Salem NH. I chose Scott’s for my roof install after getting quotes from many installers. Sean from Scott’s Roofing made me feel comfortable with the product to use and which color to go with. The installers were clean, prompt and respectful of my property. I had my roof replaced by Scott last summer and It all seemed to go well until the work got under way. I saw that they were not covering the entire area of roofing which they had just removed. The house is now 50% uninhabitable: wall, ceiling and hardwood floor damage within, failing paint and carpentry outside. My losses are more than the $24 thousand something cost of the new roof. Beware, They left the last eight inches off, exposing a built in gutter system which had been covered for decades. I called to point it out, but they finished the roof before taking notice. When the glaring deficiency was finally acknowledged, they still wanted full payment for a completed job and had no suggestions as to how to fix the problem. (by some advice, the roof should be stripped and redone) With Winter approaching, I had to have the work completed before the house was destroyed. I contracted with another roofing company who believed that they could finish the job. Scott did cut $1900. form the price toward the necessary work. Heavy rain arrived before the work could be done. DISASTER.

Can't say enough good things about this company. For starters they were significantly lower than the other 5 bids we received. Once we selected them the owner came out to meet with us and helped us decide what style skylights to get and whether it was worth doing gutters. He was extrenely nice and there was zero pressure to sell us higher end stuff. The roofing began literally the next day. The crew were extremely polite, respectful of our stuff, and professional. The crew found that our bathroom fan vent was rusted out and called the owner. He went to Lowe's and picked up a brand new one to be installed free of charge! The roof was completed that day and looks amazing!!! We are extremely happy we chose Scott's Roofing.

Scott’s Roofing was a pleasure to deal with! Sean came out to give us an estimate when he said he would be here, gave us a start date and began the job on the day that we had agreed upon. The total job was completed in just 1 1/2 days. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly the job was completed, as we have a large Colonial home. The workers that roofed our house were fantastic and they left our yard cleaner than before they started the job. With the safety of 2 dogs and grandchildren as a concern of ours, we were worried about small pieces of drip edge, nails, and other materials being left behind. The family pays a reduced price for the services. One of the biggest needs is roofing. And we have been blessed to find yet another roofer who is willing to donate their time and product to help these families in need. SR Services/Scotts Roofing has an owner with a big heart and an awesome team! Sean and his staff are working with us to install roofs on several homes in the Greater Lowell area. Sean just finished a huge project for us for a family in Dracut where the woman suffered a life changing stroke 44 years ago at age 26. She loves her neighborhood in Dracut and Sean just made it possible for her to stay in her home with the neighbors who are supporting her and making life a little more bearable. The deteriorating roof was a big job but Sean and his crew got it done quickly, didn't cause any inconvenience to the homeowner, were polite and respectful of the woman's privacy and left behind a beautiful weather tight roof for this family to enjoy for many many years. We needed a roof replacement on our home. After receiving the first quote that we felt was exceptionally high from a well respected contractor, a coworker of mine suggested Scott Roofing. My coworker put out for 6 quotes and Scott Roofing came in middle of the road with quality materials, a good warranty on workmanship and a good turn around time. I contacted Scott Roofing and Paul came to do the quote on the house. The bid was an easy process. Paul took the time to address all my questions and concerns. After we decided to go ahead and use Scott Roofing, the scheduling was very quick. The crew that showed up to do the work were quick, clean, respectable and very professional. The day the roof was replaced was a hot day, and we felt the crew worked safely. We ended up needing some of the plywood sheets replaced under the singles. Scott Roofing has a flat rate to replace plywood, and we agreed they would replace it as needed. Even with this agreement, they still contacted me when extra work needed done so I was aware. If anyone asks for a recommendation for a company to replace the roof on their home of business, I will strongly suggest Scott Roofing.

We used Scott's Roofing on our historic home for a metal (shingle style) roof last year that preserved the historic look of the home and was complemented by our neighbors who stopped in to ask who did the work. The metal roof came out so well, that when our historic barn needed a new roof, there was only one place I'd call. The Scott's Roofing crew came out and put a new shingle roof on in one day. They did their best to not disturb our working farm and it looks fantastic. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call first.
