I had a broken outer pane in an upper sash of a Pella window at my Hampton Beach home. Tried to get a local repair man to fix. He obviously did not know what he was talking about. Said he would replace entire window for $100. and never did anything for another year! Local hardware guy told me to read a serial number on the Pella window. To then call Pella directly. I did, gave the info over the phone. Pella was able to order just the upper replacement sash for around $200. Picked up window 6 weeks later at Pella Newington store. Salesperson took time to demo how easy it is to pop out broken sash and replace with new sash. Everyone I encountered at Pella (phone or in person) were very polite, professional and accommodating! Thank you so much Pella for helping me to finally resolve this frustrating situation! And I like Pella products better than Anderson windows in my Massachusetts home.

10 windows and 2 doors in new sunroom. they are great but even better has been the service from our sales rep, chris varney. chris has fine tuned the doors twice and shwn up each time within a couple of hours from our call. he makes the higher cost at pella well worthwhile.

Company does NOT stand by their defective windows. Mold developed in the glazing material used. Pella replaced 7 of my windows due to mold forming on the glazing and now the rest of the original windows have the same problem. Pella no longer uses that glazing material but refuses to make good on their wind ows.

We recently purchased a Pella combination entrance door, two large double-hung windows on either side, and a transom window on top of both the doors and windows to replace some very old aluminum jalosie windows and a side-entrance door. Working with Ben Killary was a very pleasant experience--he worked diligently, respectfully, and professionally to ensure that the entire process was handled with care and precision. Ben patiently spent a great deal of time with us in order to answer all of our questions. The installation process was handled smoothly, and we are extremely pleased with the end result. The windows and door look great.

In home sales person, Joseph Maio, was professional, true to his word and communicated well throughout the process. They offered a good no interest credit line that other window companies did not have at the time. Doors and windows are top of the line and really make it warmer in the house. I went to look at their doors...store was very small with not too many things on display. I was willing to consider this brand UNTIL I came out to my car and found a huge rental truck parked less than 6" from my MB, even though the whole parking lot was 80% empty. The guy who parked this big-ass truck was the very same who works at the store.. Think I'll go for Harvey products.

I chose Pella for the first round of windows that needed to be replaced because of your great reputation in the industry, but I'm choosing Pella again in the spring for our second and final round of windows to be replaced because of Joe Maio!!
