Sam Patterson and New England paving are our go to for all things asphalt related. They are a reliable subcontractor that execute our Bayberry & Co projects efficiently, to specification, and within budget. When in a pinch they have been there as well. We recommend there services frequently even if not part of one of our projects as that is how highly we view their work.

Let's be honest here, but paving is always a bit of hit or miss. New England Paving is not only the most affordable option for many different types of paving options but are always honest and efficient in the work they do. I personally happen to be a sourcing professional for a very large corporation, and deal with a lot of contracting vendors in a year. New England Paving is one of the few I never have to worry about. They happen to be one of the very few vendors that is always early for work, in a world where it is hard to get contractors to show up on time at the very least. I would give a 6 star if I could.

We had New England paving add a top coat on our driveway. Within 3 months, it was pitted, holes 4" wide revealing the layer below formed and multiple holes the size of half quarters spotted the driveway. When we called to ask for a repair, we were put off repeatedly. When we finally did reach the owner, he scheduled multiple visits but stood us up every time. We have still no resolution. Don't use these guys.

This company just created a new account hoping all their bad reviews would go away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMANY!!!! He is a scam artist and has no clue what he is doing. He claimed he would be able to take an area of land and make it a haying field for me. He went more than 50% over budget and then left me with a complete and utter mess that is no where near what he promised. Later on I found out through research that this company has a very bad reputation and all they do is rip people off. Please, please, do not make the same mistake I did and use someone else. If I could give no stars I would. Also, look him up on BBB, you will see what I am talking about.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Sam (the owner) is a deceitful con man. He told me he was capable of doing a job for me ( leveling a field) and gave a rough price quote ($20,000 to $40,000). In the end it cost me $75,000 and the job was not even close to completion. He dug a huge hole where he should not have, one of his employees stole wood from my property, and he buried trash on my property. He clearly does not know what he is doing, and will try to cheat you out of everything he can.
