They completely wasted my time. We asked them to come out and provide an estimate on a roofing job with interior home work as well. After getting their estimate together they refused to provide itnhnless both my wife and I would meet with them in person to go over it with them along with the details of the entire project. They were getting ahead of themselves. At this point we needed nothing from them but the dollar amount. Once we had that my wife and I would have decided whether we needed to meet with them in person, but they refused. I’m happy to hear they have so much work they can’t be bothered to provide a simple estimate. Even after not getting back to us for several weeks. They have put us back waitingnon their estimate when we could have been getting other bids; but since they were the third bid we were looking for, they flubbed up our entire timetable and then wouldn’t even give us the estimate. Unbelievable. I highly encourage people to look elsewhere.

Mike & Dan are the team that installed my 10 windows& window trim. They were courteous kept me informed at all times and answered all my questions. When they ran into problems,I was informed of problems & given options for repairs. The care & workmanship is beautiful, the windows were installed adding extra insulation, trimmed with hardwood and is perfect. Each room was left clean throughout the project. It's great to be able see and feeling much warmer this winter. I highly recommend them.

There is only one way to truly know the quality of any contractor, and that is how a situation is handled when something goes wrong. One never hopes that there will be a problem on a big project, but since there was a problem at the outset of my project, I am much better positioned to give my feedback. When there was a problem with my assigned project manager, Doug rectified the situation IMMEDIATELY, without any resistance, questioning or excuses. Thank you! And the crews were fantastic too, courteous, neat and professional.

AWESOME From start to finish Jancewicz was top notch and professional. Travis' assessment of the job, his outline of options and timelines let me know up front what to expect. The installation crew was the best team I've ever encountered for a job on the exterior of my home -- cheerful, polite, working quietly and efficiently. At job finish they even crawled on their hands and knees to make sure there were no bits of metal roofing or installation materials in my front garden. Wow!

The reason for the 4 star rating is lengthy delay in getting the job scheduled after the contract was signed. 4+ months with no communication from home office. Would I recommend them? Yes! but nail down your start date when the contract is signed.

Jancewicz and Son was professional from the initial visit to the final walk through! They communicated with us throughout the process, from estimate to the review of project completion. We are very happy with the standing seam roof, love the rain diverter that we asked them to install just prior to installation. They listened to what we wanted, including the details of what we were looking for. We would definitely ask them to do more work on our house when we need it

This was our second experience using Jancewicz & Son - where they do "Roofing and a Whole Lot More!" We extended their "cold roof" standing seam work performed in 2008 to the balance of our home, replacing shingle roofing. The work both times was done on time, as promised, and fully within the extensively explained scope of work. The installers were to the person professional, polite and personable. The lead foreman was fantastic at keeping us informed throughout the project. Well done!

Great job. No problems. John came out, looked at the job & we agreed on Saturday of this week to do the job. Friday John called to tell me he'd be at my house at 8AM. The high-lift was dropped off Friday afternoon. Saturday John & his partner arrived, gave me a rundown on the plan & started to work. I came out a few times to see how they were doing. John came down from the lift & explained the need for heavier rubber underlayment. Finished by lunch time, cleaned up & off they went. Great job.

My wife and I hired them to do roof work, we had a huge fire which was not connected to them at all but the house was destroyed and Jayson the owner put us up in one of his apartments while the insurance company did there job and we hired them to rip down the house and clean up the site to get ready for rebuilding. They people at this company are amazing and so thoughtful and my wife and I don't know how we would have managed that day/night without them. One of them saved my life during the fire. I would highly recommend Jancewicz & Son if you love to wait for them to not show up or stand by their warranty. They installed our house roof over 10 years ago. We have had numerous leaking issues over the past 2 years, they have not stood by the warranty. We have sunk over $12K into multiple roof repairs for them not to fix the issue. They re installed the ridge cap at no charge as they figured out they installed it incorrectly over 10 years ago after numerous trips to our property. (This we believe was the cause of the leaking that we were having as we haven't had an issue since.) Their communication is horrible, trying to get in touch with the contacts was always a challenge. Not to mention they were a no show/no call at least once on their scheduled repair days. I write this as I sit and wait for them to replace our broken window that they broke in the middle of winter 6 weeks ago when they replaced the incorrectly installed ridge cap. The contractor has finally arrived and the window is the wrong size and cannot be installed. I feel the reviews below are all new roofs and haven’t reached the point where the warranty is important. In the future, which probably won’t even be close to the 40 year warranty we will be going with a different company. Included below is a picture of our broken window courtesy of Jancewicz & Son. Update: 5/23 after 3 months of waiting for our replacement window it will be installed next week. I would say breaking a customers window (which accidents happen) however taking 3 months to replace it shows the kind of customer service you will receive from this company.
