The first time we booked w/ Hart the technician was very nice and solved the problem, BUT had to go outside in the rain and kept his muddy boots on when returning inside, staining my new carpet. Second visit was requested to unhook then reattach plumbing before and after kitchen counters were installed. For some reason they sent two technicians to detach plumbing and two again later to reattach. Reattaching took a long time and was more involved. It was very clear to me that much of this additional time was due to one technician training the other how to do the job. Unfortunately Hart billed us for this training time at $125 an hour. Had they been reasonable and made a correction with our bill, we'd consider using them again, but they refused so we'll be calling another provider for our next plumbing needs.

I've read the other two reviews and apparently my experience was MUCH different. We called Hart Plumbing when we began to remodel our bathroom and add new plumbing to an existing room. The staff in the office was friendly and accommodating. Terry was the technician that came to my home and he had a wonderful "can-do" attitude. We had a free standing tub that required some creative plumbing and he worked very well with my contractor to find a solution that made sense to all of us. Their billing was honest and the team was repectful and thorough. Being fairly new to the area, I'm glad I found them.

BEWARE of HART PLUMBING. We should have read reviews. Hart charged 2.5 hours labor, with me here to confirm that they were here 1.5 hours. After they left, the problem returned an hour later. They returned the next day, left to get a part. Meter started with their arrival, covered retrieval of the part, and installation. Overpriced and audacious, rude and unreasonable. BEWARE. Fast service and fair pricing! When I found nearly 100 gallons of warm water in my basement last week, I immediately called the (big name, local) company on my water heater and was told it would be 2 days before they could send someone out. I then called my (local) oil company that I have used for the past 11 years, left a message and 2 hours later, hadn't heard from them. My wife saw a Hart truck on her way to work and suggested I call them. I spoke with Brianna and Geri who were both very helpful and within 2 hours, 2 technicians showed up at my house, about 18 miles away from their office. In another hour my problem was diagnosed, repaired and explained to me. What a relief! The price was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly they took care of me. My only concern was that the techs didn't provide any estimate for the repairs and the office didn't know how much it was going to be when I called to inquire later that day. In 4 days the bill arrived and was a few dollars less than what I guessed would be the lowest amount. Thank you Briana, Geri, Adam and Hunter!

We had two small jobs. They could not give us an appointment within a reasonable period of time but put us on a call list. One week later they called with an opening, came when they said they would, were on time and charged me an appropriate fee. All professionally handled. Would definitely recommend.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They were rude and abusive. I was completely overcharged. They did not get the work done on time and I ended up having my gas turned off even though they had over a month to get things done. Then they swore at me and hassled me. They harrased me at work and were unbelievably rude and abusive. I checked with two other Heating and plumbing places afterwards and found out I could have payed half of what I was charged by hart Heating and plumbing. Never hire them you will regret it. They don’t even deserve one star.
