F.B.I Contracting recently completed our roof project (June 2014) and we are extremely pleased and satisfied with the quality of service, product, and outstanding workmanship. We selected the Kassel Wood metal roofing which was installed by F.B.I.Contracting's completely amazing workers. They worked safely, with acuracy and craftsmanship, and did a complete site clean-up and review each day that they were here. We also had 1 of our 4 roof windows replaced by F.B.I. and the quality of the installation both inside and out was excellent. F.B.I. Contracting's owner/operator Frank Iberger presented an honest and complete estimate for the project (1 of 3 estimates we received) and followed through to the letter. He has been responsive to our email and phone questions and has even made a recent visit back out to check on what turned out to be an unrelated older roof window's condition. Even though the window was not an issue from the roofing job, Frank still took time to help us out with the problem. Simply put, we recommend F.B.I. Contracting to any and all who seek a quality and professionally completed roofing project!

We had an aging roof that was in need of shingle replacement and we also had the plywood replaced. The Kassel and Irons Shake metal roof looks great on our cedar house. The work took an extended amount of time because of extras needing done along the way which FBI Contracting was very competent in resolving, as they continued to work diligently on completing the roof. The valleys and insulation were important to us, and these were key items for long term benefit, which FBI Contracting spent extra time to make right. The Shake metal shingle roof design and 40 year warranty are a great enhancement and benefit respectively, and another key decision factor was reducing the need for multiple asphalt shingle replacements over the same time span. During the recent snows the insulating factor of the Shake design showed benefits of reducing heat loss as noted by the retained snow cap.

Very Courteous and clean up thoroughly after every day of work.. Always on time and make sure everything is right. I would definitely hire them again and again. We hired FBI Contracting to put a metal roof on our home and replace 4 oversize skylights at the same time. The estimate was more than fair. Frank had both samples and an enormous amount of information with him for our first meeting. He showed up when he said he was going to, did the job faster than expected and did an amazing job. Our yard was cleaned up every day they worked. He and his crew were always very professional and courteous. We liked his work so much, we hired him to put a deck off our second floor master bedroom. Frank has always gone over and above what anyone else would do, including repairing a leak in the old skylight, at night, in the rain, at no charge, more than a month before beginning the roof work. F.B.I. Contracting LLC recently installed a Kassel and Irons metal roofing system for us, which includes a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Each day owner/operator Frank Iberger and his experienced crew arrived as scheduled, worked steadily to complete the job as efficiently as possible and cleaned up before they left. This was despite harsh weather conditions, which some days included freezing temperatures, high winds and snow. We are extremely satisfied with their thorough and timely work, the quality of materials used for all aspects of the project and the superior outcome. Also, the price was very reasonable for a quality metal roof. These attractive steel shingles look like cedar shakes (color New Cedar), with the finished product providing a beautiful complement to our home that is energy efficient and “earth friendly”. I just had Frank and his crew install a new Kassel & Irons roof on my home. Frank was very easy to work with, from the estimate to the finished job. He was always on site to oversee that things were done properly. The removal of old shingles was clean and quick with the equipment that he uses. He coordinated with another contractor that I needed to replace a vent pipe and the job went smoothly. They left the yard and driveway clean every day at days end, and did an extra clean up on the last day. The finished roof looks spectacular and we have had many friends and relatives comment on how nice the roof looks. I would recommend both the product and especially Frank and his crew. His estimate was very fair and the job was done very quickly and done well. Thanks again Frank for a great job!!

Frank and his crew were amazing. Frank called the week before and said I will be there Monday morning at 7. He was there, all the men came and got to work. They were very pleasant and took their work seriously. They worked hard and stayed each day till about 4pm. When Frank first came to the house to talk to us, he came prepared. With materials and information in hand he explained everything, we knew exactly what to expect. It was a pleasure to have workers who did their work with pride and did it well. I was truelly impressed. They also never left a mess at the end of each day. It took 5 days to put our new metal roof on our house, IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!!! We had Frank and his team install a new roof on our Victorian home in August of 2018. We chose Kassel and Irons metal shingles for the sloped roofs/turret and standing seam metal roofing for the low-pitch porch roofs. We also had Frank install copper flashing and vinyl trim around our Turret windows and install two new windows in the home as well as replace the gutters on the main entrance porch. It was a large undertaking and we are very happy with the result as well as the entire process from initial quote to final installation. Frank and his team are incredibly professional and are genuinely passionate about their work. On multiple occasions Frank and I spoke at length about different roofing options, pros & cons of various design decisions as well as unexpected findings during the installation. Frank always kept us well informed and I feel confident that he always had our best interest at heart. We intend to utilize Frank again in the near future to renew the roof on our carriage house. They've replaced my repaired roof with a wonderful metal roof. The job site was cleaned without any nails or pieces anywhere. I've had them do other work. Being an operations director, I look for a few things over and above the obvious job in contractors, and to be honest FBI contracting met and exceeded all of them. Frank really spoke on my level to give me options. I especially liked the way they handle safety. Honestly, you have to respect a team like FBI because even the boss drives nails! Frank and crew rocked the job in West Fairlee!! Yes they were punctual and very fast even getting to a job a couple hours away. FBI is the first contractor I call to bid for work I have up here. We had a Slate Gray Kassel & Irons metal roof, new windows, skylight and complete rebuilding of all of our window dormers. Frank was on site every day and did a beautiful job. We get people stopping by to say how beautiful our house looks with the new roof. They were very neat respectful of all our landscaping and completely cleaned up every day to include removing all ladders and scaffolding. When they stripped the roof FBI had a piece of equipment that raised to the roof-line and kept all the old shingles and nails off the ground and saved all of our plants/bushes. We definitely spent quite a more than we would have on asphalt roof but I was sick of shingles that were stained, curling and literally looked terrible in less than 5 years. I have neighbors that replaced their roofs with asphalt shingles, in just a few years ago and they are stained and curled. I would recommend Frank and FBI to anyone considering a beautiful permanent roof and exterior improvements. HE takes great pride in his work and you will know that the first time you talk to him. Frank and his crew installed siding and gutters on my home in late 2016. They did a fantastic job and use quality materials. My home still looks great a year later. This year, after the snowfall, I noticed one of my downspouts had disconnected from the gutter. It was certainly no emergency, so I emailed Frank asking if he could stop by the next time he was in my area. Frank was at my house the next day and had the downspout reconnected in about 10 minutes! My experience with FBI Contracting has been exceptional from the initial evaluation and quoting to a quick service call a year later. I never hesitate to recommend FBI Contracting to anyone.
