My basement suddenly had water coming in. On a recommendation from a realtor friend, I called Erickson and they were able to come look at the problem and suggest a solution. Unfortunately, I had to change the date several times due to personal reasons but Erickson Foundation was able to work with me every step of the way. The job was completed efficiently and I was impressed with the amount of professionalism from all members I dealt with. Highly recommend!

excellent service. John was easy to work with regarding the initial survey and quote. Nate did a great job leveling my pool deck. It was supposed to take about half a day, but Nate wasn't satisfied with the way the job was coming out and wanted to come back the next day to make it perfect. I really appreciated the level of care shown for the job. The pool deck came out better than I had hoped. I would definitely use them again.

The work was done by a team who knew what to do and completed the job very professionally. They are a very well managed team , and were able to do the job efficiently and were diligent in maintaining a clean work site. I received a full explanation of their recommendations, no deviation from the originally quoted price and no pressure to do or buy more than what I needed for my home. John Prince, a slick sales guy came to my house last year. He arrives takes measurements in my basement, comes upstairs and shows me a canned video of what might happen to my home if I don’t sign his contract for $8K or so but promises I can cancel within a couple of days. Not knowing anything about this type of thing and just moving into this brand new home a few months earlier I sign. I request he send me measurements and his diagnosis, he never sends anything except the sales proposal which doesn’t include any support information related to what he found. While in my kitchen he told me about his extensive history in the finance industry which included working for Fidelity. I had a professional engineer evaluate the basement walls the following week. He certified and stamped a letter stating there was no movement in the walls and the home was structurally sound. I then got a second opinion from a professional engineer who told me the same thing. Stay away from these guys, and especially John Prince. You have been warned.

Very good with communication and keeping appointments. The job was fairly priced for a difficult job of installing helical Piers in a tight spot. Once here, Andy and his crew did very difficult work without any complaints. The job got adjusted a bit from contract but was worked through between the crew, the office and us. The quality of work was outstanding. They actually put a mat under the bobcat as they rolled through our yard not to ruin the grass! They hand dug where they had to to avoid our sprinkler lines. Andy was determined to get underneath a small area to weatherproof the area! The bottom line is this crew was professional, courteous and hardworking to get a difficult job done! Thank you to Andy, Scott and Steve as well as the office of Erickson Foundation Supportworks! We’re hoping to not need your services for awhile but if we ever do again, we know who to call! I cancelled appointment due to poor communication from the company. Was promised refund on our deposit immediately. That was on 11/13/17. Have not received money back. I have followed up several times with them and they keep promising to send my money. I would not recommend this company especially with something as important a foundation of your house if they can't simply communicate effectively and follow through on their promises.

We had the concrete around the pool repaired and were very happy throughout the process. Everything was explained well and they really listened to what we wanted done. Work crew was impressive in that they worked continually and left the area spotless. We plan to use them to resurface the area next summer and recommend them without reservation.
