I meet Corey recently getting bids for a ridge vent to extend the life of my roof shingles. I liked him right away. Courteous & professional. I had done some research on ridge vents and it appears they only use the Air Vent II which is what I wanted. I had another nice gentlemen give me a quote and he showed the vent he would use, not even close! They called and showed up with a very polite work crew and did a great job. Corey even repaired a bad vent pipe flashing that was done before I owned the house. Couldn't be happier and I'll refer them to any friends that will need siding or roofing! Kudos to A-1 --Replaced my windows 5 years ago--when we had trouble with one of them I called them at 10am and they were at my house at 1:30pm fixed the problem. Where do you get that kind of service!!

As any homeowner knows, it’s a real challenge to get good follow through at all stages of a project and to get the results that you’re looking for without a lot of hassle. I had absolutely no hassle, prompt follow up at all junctures, including answering my random questions and fulfilling my requests for scheduling without delay. On project day, Chris and his team showed up promptly and worked diligently for two days, completing the project on time. I can assure you that I am thoroughly satisfied with the results. A-1 Siding and Roofing is an exceptional company! Our front roof developed irregularities in the adhesion of a number of shingles following a new roof installation completed several years back. Brought to their attention, A-1 Siding and Roofing addressed the problem immediately and pushed forward to identify a cause. It was also suggested we file a claim with GAF shingles, a process Chris from A-1 greatly facilitated. Although our claim with GAF was denied, Chris then took the initiative to present our problem directly to their company's territory manager at GAF. A-1 Siding and Roofing recently replaced our entire front roof at no cost!

A1 Siding & Roofing is a company you can trust. I just had my roof done and chimney removed on my multi-family home and Dan and his crew did an excellent job. From the beginning to end, I can say this company is focused on customer education and making sure you are comfortable with the process. Dan was the only one out of 4 other Roofing contractors to actually go on my roof and take photos before providing me with an estimate (you'd think they would all do this, right?) and this was what made his company most memorable when it came down to choosing who I'd go with despite the fact that they weren't the cheapest bid. Dan made me feel comfortable explaining the process and most importantly he made sure that the work completed was up to my expectations. There was a minor issue that I noticed after his crew left and Dan came out immediately the next day to remediate the situation & make sure it was up to my standards which I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. If you are looking for a trustworthy company that is not just interested in taking your money, go with A1 Siding & Roofing! They have been in business for 40 yrs so they definitely know what they are doing.
