Ive been there many times before great service but there is this old lady that works there always has an attitude never helps out customers like me. Doesnt know what the f**k shes doing. I think she should get fired asap if you not going to be helpfull or customer friendly what the f**k you doing working in a retail store.

I love going to this store to buy things that are different or unusual. You know, the kind of things that are different then the regular crowd of people. I came into the store and looked around and somebody came to help me. He was really courteous as I was shopping and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. You know how you go into a store and somebody attacks you right away, this wasn't the case. I came in and I was looking around for a few minutes and he took the time to help me search for another pair of pants. He wasn't overly assertive, and he was really kind and made me feel like I was at home. I would definitely go back to shop here.

This was the worst hot topic i have been in by far. The attendents were solely at the register, we were not greeted or checked in on. We could have stolen a bunch of stuff because they couldnt care less what we were doing. Regardless once at the register with 4 attendents there, only one was actually helping customets. We waited for 15 minutes just to check out while the three other attendents, two of which were supposed to be managers chatted it up about shows and personal buisness. When i made a comment about the service to the attendent Erin, who was the only one helping customers, the manager (blonde, curly hair) stepped in and was extremely rude. And told me that they were all extremely busy (nonsense) there were only two other customers in the store and neither of them were being helped. I would never shop here again.

This location was very nice. It was very busy when I went there , but the space inside was pretty large. They had a lot more products than other hot topics, and the staff was pretty friendly.

Cool, they have some bt21 merch stuff now, which of course I purchased (they have headbands, toys, shirts, etc.). I like to come here to buy gifts for people birthdays too because as we all know, hot topic has great merch for whatever is popular or trending at the moment, pokemon, bts, rick and Morty, db super... this particular location has really kind and helpful employees and fairly quick service considering how many customers pour in a day
