Updated See review below . For original. however after 24hours recalling the warranty company they did come out first thing this morning and make the repair needed. I can not speak on the fix yet as he just left but he was very friendly and informed me of what was broken. He did complete the job in a timely manner. This company was dispatched through my home warranty company. They did not contact me within the 4 hours time frame. Then when I called I made an appt for between 11-1pm knowing I worked at 230 they never called or arrived and when I called at 12:50 he said he would have known Jon give me a call. Jon called me over an hour later to try and be on the way. Then stated in the notes that he could not contact customer. I understand why there is windowed time frame but to not show up , not call, and to waste my day in a 98 degree house is not excellence in my opinion. I will be contacting my warranty to dispatch another company. Professionalism and punctuality is everything and they were unable to execute either.

All I can say is WOW!!! John was not only professional and prompt, but his attention to detail is off the charts. He found 3 mistakes that a previous company made and not only informed me of them, but fixed them right on the spot. I highly recommend these guys. Give them a chance to earn your business...you won't be dissapointed!

Our house air conditioning unit was out on Sunday. I requested for services through my home warranty company (AHS) online yesterday. I had to pick a company so I checked reviews on yelp and found Excellence Air. Our schedule was for today 12pm - 3pm. Vardan & his coworker arrived today at 12:41pm to fix our A/C. They checked the breaker and replaced what was needed to be replaced. Everything was done by 1:10pm. No extra charge. We tipped them & gave them drinks because it is very hot in Las Vegas! Vardan was very attentive, answered the questions I asked and professional throughout the time that he was here. Thank you Vardan & coworker for an Excellent Service! We are enjoying the cool air now. Yay!!

My AC unit went out we called A home shield and they linked us with Exellence Air which was the best thing they could have done. They came same day my AC unit was frozen they couldn’t do anything but did advise what to do to get it going. We did it and it worked perfect. Later that night my upstairs unit went out. They were on there way home my wife called the rerouted and came by to fix the issue. GREAT COMPANY GREAT PEOPLE. THEY ARE THE BEST.

These guys a great!! John the service manager was there the next day when the back A/C unit on my home wasn't cooling properly. Both Verdan and John were both very friendly, professional and prompt. And the price was fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone..

He arrived on time and with the most excellent attitude and delivery, walked me through what needed to be done and did the job flawlessly.
