I am pleased with the service that I received from American Builders. Adam came to my house to give us an estimate on rain gutters. We explained that we were having a patio cover installed and we were worried about installing the rain gutter on a higher eave after the patio cover was installed. Adam assured us that it wasn’t a problem because he had the rain gutters in stock and could install that portion early the following morning before they were to work on the patio cover. True to his word, the installers arrived bright and early the next morning to install the one section of rain gutter that we were worried about. They then told us when they would return to finish the job. The rain gutters blend with eaves and the house. There were a few glitches that we noticed after the installation. We noticed that one downspout blocked one of our security cameras and another downspout was missing an elbow. I contacted Adam, and he said that he would take care of this. He had the installers come back out and move the downspout and add the elbow. American Builders takes care of their customers. It has not rained since the rain gutters were installed, so I cannot say how well they stop the water from running off of my roof. I am hoping that they do an amazing job.

What a great experience. They tore down the old and put up a fully covered. Looks great and now we use our patio all the time. We are adding the Venetian sides. Added value to my house.

Tis was the best customer service I have recieved in a long time. From the day of the estimate, the phone call from the receptionist everything was very professional and up front and friendly. A professional job on the work performed to my house. Installers were very professional and up front what and how they were going to perform their work and also customer service friendly. Thank you very much for a job well done.

I had a patio cover installed on my home. The installers were very loud, played loud music, cursed at each other. The white installer kept yelling at the hispanic worker calling him an idiot, stay on your side, just horrible working conditions for the hispanic helper. Now after the rains the patio cover leaks right at the kitchen window. Sent Adam Kuchuris a video of the water pouring through the lifetime warranty patio cover. Called the office 4 weeks in a row and was told that Adam sets his own schedule and would call me back. Used their intuit software to set up appointments, they were confirmed but no one showed up or called. I called this morning to let American Builders know I would be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and hiring a contractor to repair the leak and just pay for it myself.
