One of the worst online companies I've dealt with. Placed an order - they showed everything in stock then 18 days later they notify me that items are no longer available and I needed to call them. Really ????

Order a pump and when I got it it was the totally wrong part so I sent it right back and was told my new part was being sent it's been five days now and when you call you get lies this company and its owners are a waste of time save your money go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service! Ordered Saw with the understanding that it would be delivered in 2-7 business days. After 5 business days saw still had not shipped. I called customer service and was told that it wouldn’t ship for at least another 2 weeks due to a software issue, and when I told him I wanted to cancel order because I couldn’t wait that long, he said “fine” and hung up on me. Had to call back and sit on hold again just to cancel order. Would not recommend buying from these people... plenty of good retailers out there with the same prices.

Slowest company I’ve ever experienced. I ordered sockets on 8/1/19. I double checked EVERY socket before I ordered to make sure they were in stock. Not a SINGLE one was out of stock. So shipping states 2-3 days. 3 days go by, nothing, a week goes by, nothing (at this point I just assume some were out of stock and I had to wait for them to arrive in 7-14 days). Nothing. It’s now 8/19/19 and I called customer service just to hear the woman say “I’ll talk to shipping and have them ship everything tomorrow because the trucks already left today” to that I replied “well what’s taken so long? Everything said it was in stock” an all she could say was “I’m honestly not sure”. That should be embarrassing for any company but apparently they don’t care. This is the first review I have EVER left, good or bad. That should say something.

It took a minute to get here and we had a few problems but,i give five stars based off of the customer service alone. The customer service was excellent although shipping was pretty slow.

Zero stars, this site is a joke! I placed an order 29 days ago and still hasn't shipped, emailed them today and canceled the order. The only time I could get a response was when I had to initiate. They have lost my business.

This site runs great deals sometimes on Milwaukee tools and bundles, which is why they had my attention. I write this review after two orders with extremely delayed shipping, like 3 weeks or more to get it out the door on in-stock items. Keep in mind I'm not waiting on Fedex or UPS once they get the package, its a one day shipment of less than 100 miles to get to me, but it can take almost a month before these guys decide to package your stuff and get it out the door. CPO is next buisness day, almost always, and in modern times there is no excuse for weeks with no reason given on in-stock items. TB has competitive prices sometimes, but you can't be in any kind of a hurry.

Customer service with email and phone were great to work with but no action. Charged my account day one yet 12 days later my products have yet to be shipped. Was told that my order would be canceled and refunded, yet no confirmation of that and website still shows processing. Horrible follow through... I would avoid ordering from these folk until they get their act together.

3/4/19 Super slow processing and shipping, I will order from Amazon next time. They lied and made excuses and blamed it on the warehouse. If you want to compete with Amazon you better pick your shipping up and lower your prices or you will go under like everyone else. I called and cancelled my order. If you want a turtle to process and deliver your order go with these guys if not I wouldn't recommend.

Worst experience ever was with toolbarn. I placed an order in April and was notified what I ordered was on backorder and it will ship in 10-14 business days. Fast forward to the END OF JULY and I am finally updated it is ready to ship but I need to verify my credit card info. I try calling but it's after hours so I sent an email. I get notified today they have canceled my order. I spend time on the phone with customer service who say I will get a $25 gift card in the mail with my order. I tell them since April I have moved and they say oh sorry you have to resubmit your whole order because we can't ship it anywhere besides the address you listed from April. How is it okay to not update a customer for THREE months about their order and then not be able to update shipping information. I didn't know back in April I would be moving or that it would take this long to receive my order. So disappointed in this company.

I find it important to write this review because I had excellent service with ToolBarn. I ordered a DeWalt combo kits for $274 that came with a free bare tool for my husband for Christmas. After placing my order I waited the 1-2 days for shipping info and never received it, which made me worry, so I went to check reviews. After reading all these bad reviews and and horror stories of their customer service , I waited till day 6 and sent them a polite email explaining my concern after reading all these reviews and still no shipping confirmation. They emailed me back 2 days later and said they would check my order status and get it done quickly. Surprise surprise, they did! They processed my order and shipped it that very same day and I just received my items today (Dec. 14th) 2 days after it shipped with all parts I ordered and all tools are brand new and not refurbished or damaged in any way. I am very pleased with my order and the overall experience I had with them. I would definitely recommend them to others and my advice would be to not trust all reviews you read on the internet.

NO STARS Took almost a month for the items to ship. Had to call twice to find out when it will be shipped. No one could give me any information when the item would be available. Was not notified at all when order was placed that the item was back ordered. They are not quick by by any means.

Don't waste your time on this site. Took almost three weeks to ship an in stock item. When I asked why it took so long to ship they had no idea. Other sites have the same or better price and ship much faster. They could have made it better by offering faster shipping on something that should have already been here. Now I have to buy the tool locally and I guess have a back up when/if the shipment ever arrives...

Stay away from this place. I placed an order and my card was charged the next business day. 1 week later I had no update to my order. I wrote them to say that this was unsatisfactory and to either refund my order or to have my order shipping information sent to me within 24 hours. I received a response that they were working on shipping the order. A second week passed with no further information forth coming and I have since directed them to cancel my order and immediately refund my purchase price. I have since reviewed this company to find many recent reviews such as this.

DO NOT!!!!!! REPEAT DO NOT!!!!!!! USE THESE FOLKS CHECK REVIEWS!!!!! BEFORE ORDERING Not sure where the negative number button is but I sure wish I could find it. I ordered a part on 3 24 2019. Website says ship in stock 3-5 days. That would have worked for me EXCEPT on 4 4 2019, after I'd called for the 2nd time, I get "WE'RE SORRY, WE WILL EXPEDIATE THAT ORDER RIGHT AWAY" warehouse difficulties my butt...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER.

I wanted to give huge props to Jeff M., who handled a pressure washer "accident" on my part. I accidentally ordered the wrong AR630 pressure washer online, and didbt realize it until after I used it for 20 seconds. Jeff had me package up the unit, send it back, and sent me the upgraded unit I originally thought I ordered at no charge except shipping on my end. Outstanding gesture on Toolbarn's part, and he was most helpful in me deciding the right unit for me, at no benefit to him. ZERO stars! Placed an order on October 24. 42 Days and still no shipment. Placed another order for other tools on November 24. No word from toolbarn on when this will ship. This is the last time i will order from this company. No communication from them except a couple of emails. Probably the last time i order from Toolbarn unless they do something to make up for the inconvenience. Amazon is probably the better way to go for online tool shopping from now on.

We started ordering a couple items with them and had not problems. Once we placed a larger order it took 6 months for them to mail it out because they were out of stock. How ever the website did not specify any of that. Than they mail the items sepretlie in small boxes. When the items were delivered by ups. Despite the expense of the items they did not insure item or require a signature. My items were stolen and when I spoke with them they would not take any responsibility. We will not be ordering anything from toolbarn again.

Bought a new pressure washer pump. Received it quickly. Installed it and used it for about 1 1/2. Went to use it the next day and the garden hose adapter flange broke right off! It is made of THE CHEAPEST pot metal, only slightly larger than tinfoil!! Garbage product. Does anyone make quality products anymore?!

Had a slight hiccup but the customer service rep was able to help me out and set things right. He even called back when the phone call was dropped. Ordered a few Milwaukee items that arrived surprisingly fast. Competitive pricing and great deals on select tools. The Affrm Financing option is absolutely wonderful. Incredibly easy to make payments and keep up with. Don't discredit them over some bad reviews, I had a great first experience and even made a second order.
