To top it off, two days before the work was scheduled to begin, we were hit with hail. Drew came over after 9 hours of climbing up on roofs to inspect ours and see if there was any damage insurance could cover. And while he was up there, he cleaned out our gutters. BEWARE!!!!! I have a horrible experience with them. I received the bill and mailed a checked that afternoon, over and done with so I thought. A few days later tim Snyder sends me an email saying I owe $180.00. (IS THIS A SCAM???) Then tim threatens me with putting a lien on my house, for a bill that I PAID!! I have the bill, I have the cancelled checks to prove that I PAID THE BILL!!! If you choose to go with stonebrook all I can say is BEWARE!!!!!

Stonebrook’s crew was fast, efficient, and respectful. Really appreciated how clean they left the worksite when they were finished. (Didn’t find a single roofing nail or shingle scrap) We haven’t had any issues with the roof, however I’m confident Stonebrook would take care of us if we did. The finished product is beautiful! Jamie Bowers was very professional to work with. Their services were on time and the roof looks great! They added flashing that should have been there from the original builder, which shows their dedication to go above and beyond. What was unexpected was how much I would like the bigger gutters that were installed. Like getting that new Big Bertha driver way back when. I look now at the houses that have the smaller gutters kind of reminds of seeing a big truck with a 1.25 inch hitch.

Had my roof replaced from Stonebrook after a hail storm. There was many fly by night companies around the area after that. You could tell these guys were local professionals. I don't see many roofers wear harnesses like these guys do. You can tell they truly care about the quality of their work and their employees. A++ job. Would recommend again!

I was very disappointed in my experience with Stonebrook Roofing. I originally contacted them about looking at some storm damage, with the intention of having them repair any damage and then price out a full roof replacement. I went round and round for months trying to get an estimate and kept getting the brush off. I would call the individual I was working with to ask if he'd had a chance to look at the roof to get me an estimate and I'd get a response about how busy he was, but a promise that'd he'd get over to look at it tomorrow. The next day would come and go with no response. This went on for a couple of months. I finally gave up on the guy I was working with and called the main office where I was able to speak to someone else. They finally did get somebody out to the house to look at the damage I needed repaired and said they would get somebody out there to take care of it. They only made half the repairs and sent me a bill for all the repairs. I called and asked if they planned on finishing the job and was told they would send somebody out right away. A couple of weeks go by and the job still wasn't finished. I finally called and asked them to update the bill I had received for half the job (I was willing to pay for the work they did do) and informed them that I would no longer need their services. A Stonebrook employee called me back and in a very confrontational tone told me that they couldn't believe I wasn't giving them a chance to do the job. I gave them almost six months to get the job done right and they never delivered. The lack of customer service and responsiveness was very disappointing and I would not recommend using Stonebrook for your roofing needs.

Very disappointing and no customer service. We chose Stonebrook as it was recommended from a colleague. Unfortunately, we will never recommend this company to anyone. We had been reassured that prior to any work being done, that we would receive a call to let us know if a roll off dumpster would be dropped off or if a truck would be used instead. Needless to say, less than 30 minutes before I had to take my daughter to school and leave for work, there were workers at our house ready with a dumpster. After moving my vehicle out of the driveway I called our contractor, Tim and as I hung up, roofers were already tearing off our shingles. All of this wouldn't have been as stressful except that we have a puppy who needed to find a different place to spend her day as we didn't want her stressed out from the activity. Which maybe sounds like an easy fix, but we have very few people who might be willing to take our puppy at a moment's notice all day long. Once I handled making the arrangements for our puppy, I called the scheduler Nick, who Tim had mentioned was the one responsible for contacting us. Nick was apologetic and stated that he wanted to make it right. Later that day I received a voicemail from Nick informing me that he has giftcards and would like to plan a time when he could drop them off, in person. My husband called him back, left a message and we have yet to hear back from him. That was a week ago. Our roof was completed on Tuesday, and although Tim said to plan for gutters on Thursday or Friday. Thursday morning I tried calling Tim to confirm when the gutters may get done, but never heard back from him. Late that afternoon I asked my husband to call Tim, as I felt disheartened by this whole experience. After my husband spoke with Tim and finding out that our gutters would be put on the following week, I ended up calling Steve, the President as I felt that was our only recourse and to also provide him with the feedback about the disappointing communication. I explained our experience and how because of that, it kept presenting further challenges as we were also trying to have other work done around the house. I also expressed to Steve that I had not called to get our gutters done ahead of anyone else's but rather to provide him some feedback. Steve seemed understanding and said he would seek some resolution. In the end, Steve was able to get us scheduled on Friday. However, nobody has called to do a walk through and even though Steve said we would hear from Nick, we have not received one call from anyone. Just the invoice that came to us in the mail this past weekend, which I felt would have come after a little effort had been made by Stonebrook to ensure our satisfaction at the conclusion of our project. Needless to say, this has been an extremely disappointing experience and one that we I'll never recommend to anyone.

This company installed the roof on our new church in 2009. There were some issues with the shingles not sealing down and we had lost some of them in a couple of storms. While it's typically difficult to get a contractor to come back and take care of the problem, these folks have returned and solved the problem with no cost to us, and continue to come back when called upon. The level of committment to us as their customer is very commendable and deserves notice. No amount of money can replace a company that operates with integrity. After a large hail storm last year, our roof was in need of repair. We researched several roofing companies, and Stonebrook Exterior came highly recommend. We asked them to come out to perform an assessment, and within just a couple of weeks, they had a crew out here to replace the roof and gutter systems (quite a sizable job!). I was absolutely amazed at how quickly and expertly they completed the job. They estimated 3-days (although, I was nearly CERTAIN that it would be 4...); however, they ended-up completing 100% of the work within just 2 days (the crew worked their tails-off!). My wife and I couldn't have been happier! This next part is where I was completely blown-away AND grateful to have chosen Stonebrook Exterior.... Despite the fact that we had all of the necessary insurance pre-approvals completed, there were some SERIOUS time-delays in getting them paid (process changes, administrative/paperwork delays, people-changes, etc...). Sadly, getting them paid "literally" took us months after the work had already been done; however, Stonebrook never batted-an-eye. While they remained in frequent contact with us, they never made us feel pressured or threatened in any way. It was obvious that they've been doing this a LONG time, and they understand and empathize with what their customers have to go through sometimes. Customer Services *at its finest* - I can assure you... On a final note, I want to "give props" to our sales/contract manager (Jeremy), as he was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. He gets a HUGE gold-star for Customer Service in our book. Because of guys like Jeremy, on top of the top-notch work that StoneBrook Exterior did for us, we would recommend them to ANYONE - and we will certainly utilize their skilled and courteous staff again the in the future when the need arises. Run far away! Horrible!!! Started in July and not done the following April, but started billing in full in November even though the work wasn’t complete. It took them 5 months to send close out paperwork to insurance and in the meantime they are charging me late payment fees while I’m waiting for them to do their job.

After a big hailstorm hit our area, we were flooded with contractors wanting our business. It's not like we didn't have options when we chose Stonebrook. Our salesman, Jeremy, came across as a very knowledgable person without overselling himself. We contracted them to repair our steel building and could not be happier with the result. It took a little time as weather didn't always cooperate but we were never in the dark about what was going on. And we have a sweet new personalized roof plate up on the building thanks to Jeremy's creative thinking.

We put new shingles, siding, gutters and down spouts on our house. The sales person was with us every step of the way. He brought samples and colors for each product and helped us pick the right items. First done was the shingles, our salesman was on site a lot making sure everything was going well. The first day there were 12 guys working. The crew cleaned up afterward and the job was done in three days. Next was the siding, again our salesman was on site. We felt comfortable enough with the company that we went on vacation while this was done. A few days later the crew came to install the gutters and down spouts which only took 6 hours to complete. We love the way our home looks! We give Stonebrook Exterior a 9 on a 10 point scale (we don’t give 10’s

I had multiple, fantastic experiences with Stonebrook Exterior over the past two years. In particular, we had the pleasure of working with Tim Snyder. During the spring of 2018, working through Tim, we had our roof, gutters and downspouts replaced. Tim was great in explaining the process very well and making us feel like a highly-valued customer. Additionally, the work completed by Stonebrook was high-quality and done in a timely fashion. Most recently, on extremely short notice, and despite managing many simultaneous roofing projects with tight timelines, Tim helped us address some roof issues that were identified through a home inspection as part of our home sale. The work needing to be done was due to defective shingles produced by the manufacturer. Ultimately, Tim and Stonebrook went above and beyond, putting in extra time so we could still close on our home sale on time, even though the timeline to complete the project would likely be deemed unrealistic by most. We truly enjoyed working with Tim and Stonebrook, and would highly recommend them to others - personable, timely, and high-quality all around!
