Brad, Russ and the entire Lasting Improvements team has gone above and beyond the call of duty for their customers! When disaster strikes in the Midwest with the usual hail or wind storms, these guys are on the ball working around the clock to get their customers taken care! As an insurance agency we place our full, 100% trust in referring all of our customers to Lasting Improvements to get their work done and will continue to do so! Everyone has not only loved their work, but has been impressed with their quick resolutions as well as the fact that they take care all the back end work for the customer as well!

Their employees will use your tools left and right without asking you, and end up taking them and other things from your property. Need to watch them like a hawk. Not reliable. Definitely not trustworthy.

If I could give them a 10th star I would. I asked for an estimate on my home's siding and when onsite they repaired my damaged gutters and refused any payment. Was honest and transparent with what their services would cost. More people should conduct business like this

Brad( lasting improvements), co-owner, has been a pleasure to work with. We did a large renovation in our house and he made what is a stressful process smooth. He and is colleagues are very hard working and skilled. Moreover, Brad is readily available and quick to respond. When I had concerns he came asap to remedy issue. Brad strives to find excellent subcontractors as well. I have also found Lasting Improvement's prices to be fair and some of lowest in Omaha.
