From the minute that they came out to give us an estimate they were awesome. the roof is beautiful, we have had so many compliments on it. They were so professional, and I don't think I've ever seen such a hard working group of people. Someone came out about 3 times during the course of the day to check with us and make sure we were happy with what they were doing. They always had time to answer any questions that we had, and the Customer Service was the best. When they were finished they picked up everything and left the yard very clean. So recently I noticed a small leak coming from my roof. I called out a few companies to provide me with an estimate. No other companies stood out till I got in touch with the most helpful gentlemen Yury Slonsky. Yury patiently explained all of the options involved such as shingle type, color, durability, warranties, guarantees, and options for our roof. He was extremely courteous. I had a lovely experience with Innovative Roofing. I got three bids for my roof, and they were the least expensive, but I do not feel I sacrificed any quality. I chose them due to so many wonderful reviews! The roofers did an excellent job with the install and cleanup as well, which is important to me because I don't want to spend thousands for a roof and then have to clean up any mess. They went through my flower beds by hand to make sure the debris was removed. Bless their hearts. And the follow up after the work was complete was wonderful. I never thought I would choose a black roof but it matches perfectly with my creme siding and black shutters. Looks so sharp! Great company Great service Great price, I had a different roofing company in my driveway four years in a row giving me bids on my old wood shake shingle roof and none of them gave me a decent bid and two of them did work in my area over the years. This time I tried Innovative Roofing for the first time and the salesman,(Ramiro) was straight forward and courteous about the project and the materials enough for me to finally get a new roof. Job was done on time, even had rain during job and the crew scrambled to get exposed roof areas covered with tarps to avoid any damage to my very expensive home. I have had roofing done on other homes in the past and can easily say this was the best experience with a roofing company I have ever had. No leaks No mess and did not tear up any of my extensive landscaping around the house. If your looking for a company to use I recommend Innovative Roofing and would ask for Ramiro personally. His crew also installed my new gutters to my satisfaction making the job complete. I plan on using them on a rental property next and I wouldn't be doing that if I wasn't happy with their work. First off, it is unfortunate that this site does not allow for 10 star ratings because this company definitely deserves them. Professionalism is a term that is lost on many companies these days, however, Innovative Roofing nails it (pardon the pun). They not only offered one of the best prices to repair the wreck that was my roof, but were very helpful in their inspection of the roof to convince my insurance company that it needed to be replaced (old hail & wind damage). Once we were able to get a day without rain, their crew arrived and were extremely efficient in their work. The roof was stripped, re-decked and re-shingled all in one day. They were professional, nice and appeared to enjoy their work. No mess was left and even my neighbors were impressed with their work and how quiet they were for a roofing crew. There was only one problem with the entire job and they DID NOT cause it. They did, however, solve the problem to my satisfaction and, once again, in a very professional manner. Their suppliers were even great. We will use this company any time we need roof repair and have recommended them to anyone who will listen. A special shout out to Ramiro, Morry and crew. Thanks for all your and your crew's hard work.
