She was calling to let me know that Ty has a very effective approach to his marketing that provides the business/life balance needed to give his clients and himself the level of care one would expect from a top level service. I love hearing testimonials like these. No, I don't get the sale. I get something better, the gratitude of a professional office manager who represents her business at the highest level. This is a huge insight into Ty Nelson Construction. You don't get to keep key people like Kelly without having the goods to back it. I am assuming Ty's integrity with his clients is very high!
