Very intelligent and hard-working people when it comes to building Pools and Spas. They will go out of their way to make sure that your experience with them is above and beyond! They work hard to maintain that great customer service and very knowledgeable and is great on teaching customers what to do and not to do to maintain their pool or spa. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking to build or a pool or spa or orders a spa from them!

If I could give more stars, I would. What a great bunch of people. I can't speak for the spa quite yet because I just got it today and it's still hearing but this review is for the staff at Rocky Mountain pools and spas. First, I would like to say that my hot tub was delivered and installed the very next day. Kind of unheard of. I have no idea how I got that lucky, but boy were these people on point! Sales - Chrissy is a class act. She is direct and to the point - no fluff here. She is honest and shares her experience with her own free flow spa. Her communication is efficient. Matt - the service technician. Spa expertise, gave great guidance, was patient and very punctual. Delivery guys - very kind. They accidentally dinged up my fence but they immediately offered to fix it. As did the technician Matt when he came later to set the spa up. Very refreshing to have someone own up to a mistake rather than shove it under the rug. Owner - kind as can be. Direct and not trying to gauge you on price. Give these folks your business. I'm confident they will treat you as well as they did me...

Only use them if you're in a pinch. I called on a Monday morning because we concluded that our hot tub was, indeed, leaking. I was told that they were restructuring their whole service department, and the service guy would call me to tell me what they would like to do. I called at 4pm on Monday to say that I had not heard from the service guy. Around 9am the next morning, the service guy called to say he was on his way. He arrived, he was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. There was a knob that somehow loosened on the hot tub, which he fixed without evening using a tool, in about 15 minutes. As he was leaving, I asked what we owed, still in good spirits. He said I would get a bill in the mail. A few days later, a bill came for $90. I called in to make sure the bill was right and the lady on the phone was very cocky. Apparantly, $90 is their minimum service call fee and that's what they make for a call up to an hour. We paid the bill, but we were very unhappy with the billling practices here and will not be using them again.
